Very friendly and helpful owner and staff. Spotless and quiet room with several large windows for good ventilation which was aided by a fan. A short walk to centrum and restaurants, etc. Good breakfast with freshly made scrambled eggs.

Quiet, clean and family friendly property not far from Köln. I would really recommend even for a long stay

There is no kettle to boil water (for tea/tisane/ camomille ) and they can add biscuits or madeleine to the minibar

Location was close to city center, the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly

Very simple rooms, the blanket was really small, never had this before. Similarly the towels were also really small and super rough.

Location was quite okay, you coud easily reach Cologne with a car or public transport. A lot of stores near the hotel. Free parking available, there is even an underground garage. Staff was nice, rooms clean and comfortable, bathroom was especially nice and modern. Room was very spacious.

The beds could be better. Furniture in the bedroom are a bit outdated, but at the same time it's not very very old. Could use a fresh touch, othervise all good.No AC.

Easy to find off the motorway. Large bedroom and bathroom, friendly staff and a good quality breakfast. Garage for the motorcycle which was important to us. The town centre was a short walk away with plenty of cafes/restaurants and a large supermarket in a covered shopping centre.

Our room was on the ground floor was facing the road and as it was a hot day we had the windows open as no air con, so traffic noise could be heard. This was not a problem to sleep as it was local traffic and stopped late evening.

Stayed in suite (room31), the photos advertised don’t do the apartment justice. Exceptionally big & great condition, would highly recommend.

Parking was really good, even covered. Host was super friendly and she showed me around everything, really nice ! Room is huge, bathroom with a good shower and comfy bed, pillow as well. not easy to find good pillow in germany. I woke up late but they managed me to make a scrambled eggs.

Front of the hotel is quite strange, you don't understand is a hotel. All doors was open during the night, you could walk in the hotel without any check. Price was bit high to be in Bergheim.

Room was spacious enough for 2. The shower is large, relaxing and clean. Easy entry and exiting what ever time of the day. Good selection of mini bar in lobby even though we did not use it. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options and very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy stay...

Front room was a little noisy at night when your trying to sleep. No fans or A/C only window ventilation which is great, but You may have to choose between a little bit of noise or a cooler room.

Breakfast had adequate choices.

Because the room was close to the breakfast area, we had the smell of fried food constantly in our room.

Kind owners, xmas decorations, clean and comfy room, excellent breakfast, good value for money, EV charger - there is nothing more to wish!

Everything was excellent

Lovely small boutique hotel with unique decor and helpful staff.

Staff was really nice and accommodated my early check in.

It was a bit further out from the station than expected and the public transit to here is not very intuitive. I ended up walking since it was hard to figure out how the bus worked in a small town and don't come often.
