The hotel was far far better than we expected,wonderful staff,very clean,very freindly,very well situated,we loved every minute of it

That’s my another stay in the hotel,lovely place with the great and helpful staff great location very clean and comfortable nice pool bar with great garden,plenty food available for breakfast and dinner and good quality definitely stay here again

The hotel is clean and faces the pool side. There is no sea view. Just a little view depending on which floor you're on. The location is great for beach access but not very close to restaurants and will be an uphill climb. Good overall experience for a solo Traveller.

Breakfast time is really crowded if youre there early.

Clean, convenient to the marina, comfortable room with terrace. Good buffet breakfast with lots of options.

A/C/ fan didn’t work, but I decided I could do with out and didn’t ask for someone to come fix it.Most staff were friendly, but a few seemed a bit done with tourists.

Lovely room with a view of the pool. Nice and clean. Fresh towels daily which is great.Second time at this hotel, great location, would recommend. Already booked again for next year.

Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unacceptable and Abusive Treatment at the HotelDear Booking.com Customer Service,Regardless of the hotel’s location, size, or rating, I had an extremely bad and even frightening experience.At check-out time, the reception called me asking when I would leave the room. I politely informed them I needed 10 more minutes to finish packing my belongings. Instead of understanding, the receptionist rudely ordered me to leave immediately, then hung up on me.A few minutes later, he came to my door with a large, intimidating security guard, who started pounding violently on the door. When I opened, both began shouting at me in Spanish, using offensive language. I felt threatened and unsafe, and the situation almost escalated into a physical confrontation.I requested to speak with the manager, but they refused and forcibly expelled me from the hotel in a humiliating and abusive manner.This was a deeply disturbing and unacceptable experience that ruined my trip. I request that Booking.com investigate this matter with the utmost seriousness and ensure that such unprofessional and violent behavior is addressed immediately.Sincerely,

Breakfast was fabulous, rooms were lovely and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning which was much needed worked perfectly and very quick! The bar was also perfect with lots of drinks option and the multiple pools and areas to lounge were amazing, plenty of loungers available even though it was busy you could always find a spot.

Breakfast and lunch were great, everyday new menu provided.

Hotel was in central location, although it is based on what is known as cardiac hill. It was within walking distance to most attractions. It was also really clean

Toilet flush was so weak. It basically stopped working by the end of the stay. Big thing to point out is the lack of an iron or ironing facilities. Apparently they don’t offer this for safety reasons. This caused us a few outfit problems.

The staff were incredible, especially those who worked the poolside bar. Really friendly and everyone did a fantastic job managing the power cut. The food selection was excellent, with different options everyday. The location was great, close to everything and only a few minutes from the beach. The cocktails were top. Enjoyed many by the pool which was really well kept. Absolutely loved my stay here and definitely would return again.

I'd booked a superior room, Booking.com described it as three beds but it only had a double, I was sharing with my daughter so far from ideal. The balcony overlooked the bins, very little sunshine. The light on the wall was hanging off and the aircon turned off after 11pm. Cups were dirty and the tv very small. We were unfortunately there during the recent power outage and none of the toilets flushed, we were also not allowed to charge to the room which was a problem as the card machines were down as we're cashpoints. I wouldn't stay there again

Very clean, spacious, the hotel was full and didn’t feel it. The pool was fantastic and lovely surroundings

Breakfast was ok, the coffee machine was poor and the juices were poor. Other than that the whole experience was great

The staff couldn’t find our booking through booking.com & we had to wait around for an hour, so just left & came back again.. it happened to my parents & brothers booking also..? very disappointing start to our stay
