Elevators take too long to go and down. Too long of a wait.

The hotel is located right near the beach. It was nice to have the adults only pool. The view from the room was stunning! The selection of food for all-inclusive stay was rather good. We liked the idea of themed dinners, like Mexican, Andalusian, Italian etc. The sangria was good.

The rooms were never cleaned properly. After every cleaning we could find hair on the floor. And it seemed like the bathtub was never cleaned during our stay. The plates, cups and cutlery at the main restaurant were often dirty, which was very unpleasant. The a la carte restaurant seemed like a joke: we were told that one lunch was for free there, so we had a reservation. When we got there, it appeared that 80% of the menu still needed to be paid for. And the items that were included could easily be found in the main restaurant. So don’t waste your time on this nuisance. The lifts were a total disaster there, you could wait forever for them to arrive. They literally stoped at every floor. So we ended up taking the stairs. It’s healthier, but it would be nice to take a lift once in a while. The adult pool was also dirty. There was always sand on the bottom, and the glass fence was always in stains. One day the pool was drained right during the working hours, which we didn’t get at all. Regarding it opens at 10 and closes at 6, there’s plenty of time outside pool opening hours to do the maintenance. The cocktails were just a pre-made mix from a pack. And tasted very artificial.

Staff were super helpful, especially Arantha who were very supportive and responsive.

Parking rate is a bit high at 20€ a day.

Junior Suite overlooking the sea.. Big room, you could hear the wave it night, but this came with a high cost.

Very little outside space.. Tiny pool with not enough sunbeds... All inclusive was not worth it.. Rubbish beach bar/snacks, you have to pay full price at the nice Sky bar, not even any drinks in the room.. Entertainment was a poor Butlins. Certainly not a 5 star! 3 star at best.

Cleaning was not that good

The location with a fantastic view. The swimming pool. The parking place even if a bit expensive.

Check in was a bit slow. Hotel a bit too full so often we had to queue for elevators.

The only thing I did not like was that even though we had breakfast and dinner included we had to pay for the water. Maybe because this is not common at the US

I bought two lime cordial and soda water. Was charged 13 euros. When I questioned it, the bar man said that’s what the till said to charge, and wouldn’t accept less.

It is a large hotel (with all the advantages and hustle and bustle that entails) with a very fortunate location and, due to its location, a very nice view of the Mediterranean. The rooms are not large but pleasant, with good furnishings. We have stayed in some better equipped 4 star hotels, but the cleanliness (which we have and this is very important) and the location put it in the good category anyway and well above the average 4 star hotel for the overall experience. The furniture is not outdated and the bed is very comfortable. The restaurant is a classic large establishment, but varied, absolutely up to its category, with some very good dishes. There is no problem with quantity and, as a result, you can find a good choice every evening and morning. Not one of our most outstanding hotel restaurant experiences, but definitely one of the good ones. There is a lift to the beach, we had a pleasant walk here. We didn't have much contact with the staff, there is a big buzz in the restaurant, they did their job well. We could always find parking within 50-100 meters of the hotel (April).

I can't list any outstanding mistakes, everything was ok.

Went for a shirt break. Great access to public transport. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Food was great.

We really enjoyed the stay, although only stayed for one night. We did enjoy the breakfast and the lunch at the Sea View Restaurant which had many options to chose from. The only hiccup was that we couldn't use the rooftop area due to the weather, obviously for safety reasons. We are looking forward for the next visit, hopefully to enjoy the outdoor pool which seem small but safe enclosure for the kids. The beach was quite dirty but it wasn't the summer peak season but its a nice enclosed beach. The Marina is just a short drive away.

On the first day, the children’s pool was not open. Also when you are on the roof top bar in the day, there is not a bar open on that floor

Just back from this hotel but won't be back I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Stayed in a premium room which are supposed to be the best rooms this isn't the case, although the room was nice with a decent sized balcony the rooms are located right underneath the restaurant woken up very early in the morning from the set up of chairs moving and banging to trolleys going back and forward even worse when guests start to arrive. I imagine this goes on throughout the day. We were all inclusive and I wouldn't waste your money. We ended up paying for premium drinks and cocktails are from a machine unless you pay. I'm not a fussy eater whatsoever but the food there is appalling and for the size of hotel there wasn't much on offer, yesterday went for lunch as it was the day we were leaving and got the beef which was raw making me ill the waitress had to tell the chef to take it off. We ate and drank elsewhere most of our stay. The location is way out of the way from shops restaurants and bars so buses and taxis are needed there is a small shop cafe and a beach bar a short walk away cocktails are amazing there. Staff are friendly. We tried the thai restaurant which wasn't worth it or very good either this wasn't included in the all inclusive. Roof top bar wasn't open and you could only sunbathe up there until 6pm and the family pool only opened two days before we were leaving. If you want a bali bed at the infinity pool you have to pay for it. It's a nice hotel with nice staff but everything else is an absolute let down and a waste of money. Four days before this hotel we stayed at the best triton which was amazing and this hotel was a complete let down for my 40th birthday. AVOID
