Great hotel staff pleasent

Excellent breakfast, pool and beach.

All good.

Staff was very helpful not trying to sell you stuff, very thanks to the night shift on my last night helping me contact Air Canada with his cell phone.

It’s not easy to call outside from the room phone

A beautiful hotel where the rooms are immaculate. The staff cannot do enough for you in every area. Food is excellent and the public areas light and bright. The outside spaces are always clean and tidy.

Great location, wonderful breakfast and nice pool and sky bar / lounge.

Service and friendliness can be better - specially room service / housekeeping

We arrived in the middle of the night after our flight had been cancelled late due to the power failure. We had no where to stay and were very desperate, whilst we had managed to book a room for the Tuesday evening with you because it was passed midnight 28th/29th the booking system wouldn’t let us book for the Monday. Your night manager couldn’t check to see if you had a room available as your system was down. He was very apologetic and told us to come back the next day. After spending the night in the airport as we had no where to go (not your fault) we returned the next morning where your night manager still on duty and your receptionist looked after us so well. They were extremely helpful in checking us in quickly and allowing entry into the room immediately so we could get some rest. Unfortunately we were so tired we didn’t get their names but we really appreciated their help and would like to say a huge thank you to them. All of your staff are very pleasant and helpful and although we were only with you for one night/day we really enjoyed our stay. Hopefully we will return under better circumstances

The covers on the king size bed were weird. Also the bathroom needs more hooks to hang towels and shelves for putting things / cosmetics away

The staff are excellent, can not do enough for you.Location right in the middle of two resorts and easy to get to on train or bus

We had a room at the front and it was a bit noisy, on the other hand it was great to people watch

The hotel was very clean, we stayed in a standard double room which was nice and spacious! Nice location with lovely views. The staff were very friendly, especially Paco on the pool bar, he was super friendly and good fun!

Superb staff, wonderful food, great location. Beds were super comfy and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thoroughly recommend, we would certainly go back

The room was very comfortable and well equipped. Dinners are high quality and service is good. Drinks at the bar are good too.

Would be nice to see more gluten free and lactose free options for breakfast.

Fantastic Hotel closer to 5 star hotel I would say. Breakfast and dinner were both very tasty and plentiful and the staff could not do enough for the guests. Spotlessly clean hotel throughout With very comfortable facilities.

This boutique hotel is an absolute gem! The facility itself is well laid out and very comfortably furnished in the main areas and lounges. The food and drinks are excellent, and every staff member go above and beyond to make this small hotel exceptional! For this reason, many people frequently return.

The wifi was occasionally weak but this just a minor inconvenience.

We have stayed here many times and keep coming back. The staff are wonderful. The food superb and the entertainment in the evening top class.The hotel is on the sea front with underground parking although there is plenty street parking if you don’t want to pay.

Can’t think of anything I dislike about Las Arenas.

Location was perfect for us as about 20 minute walk to the harbour but just away from all the hustle and bustle. Hotel is kept spotlessly clean and the staff are so friendly and work each day with a smile on their face.Food was lovely with plenty of choices. Overall I couldn’t fault anything and we had a lovely time.

We love las arenas it is in a great location on the sea front with plenty of restaurants and bars around.The staff are wonderful. A special mention to Micky in the restaurant who is always so cheerful and friendly..The buffet is good with plenty of choices for everyone

There is nothing to dislike
