They require you to leave at 10:30 the day of your departure, it's very uncomfortable and also when you ask them to be there for one more hour they are not flexible...they tell you these are the hotel rules.If this were not the case, I would be 100% satis

Best view ever! Breakfast was plentiful, very tasty and really varied!Rooms were very clean, hot water in seconds, even at the 6th floor.The staff was more than helpful and kind.They have a pool with clean, warm water.. not too crowded usually. The pool side is a non-smoking area, but you can walk 10m to a smoking place. There's also events with great live music and a great vibe.

You can't smoke by the pool side. Which is not too bad, if you think about it.. :)

Lovely large hotel on a busy strip in the South of Spain.Absolutely loved the separation from the childrens/families areas, this has granted us a calm and quiet environment which was much appreciated.The hotel is big enough to get lost in but everyone working there was always incredibly polite and helpful.We only had breakfast but wished we booked all inclusive simply because it's just easier and simpler. We paid €19.00 per person per lunch or dinner which was still worth it compared to eating in town.Booking the taxi to the airport was cheaper (only took cash, €29.00 to Málaga airport) than taking one of the taxis from the rank.The facilities were clean and well kempt, the food fresh and lovely (even though we are a little picky!) and altogether we had a fantastic holiday.

There were only two bits that we found slightly odd, one of them was the cleaners loudly cleaning from 8:00 in the morning in the neighboring rooms and once we saw one cleaner exit our room despite having the Do Not Disturb card hanging from the door.The other one is perhaps slightly more personal but I had a terrible neck ache from the first night I slept there. The stiffness disappeared as soon as I returned home so it could be a combination of the hard beds and low/soft pillows.

The whole place is amazing , we hade a hide balcony with sea view. Amazing location, friendly staff, clean rooms, good food.

If you're looking for a hotel with style, class, and even a basic level of professionalism – do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!It's a disgrace that the authorities allowed this dump to slap four stars on the building – it doesn’t deserve even half of that.I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was this noisy. All the standard rooms are located right above the roof of the reception hall and the indoor pool – and that’s where the air conditioning units are mounted. They run 24/7. That means: forget the balcony, because you have to shout over the noise just to hold a conversation. Sleeping with the door open? Impossible. And even with it shut, the humming never stops. So much for enjoying a peaceful sea breeze.After the first night, we wanted to check out – but the hotel wouldn't let us. The staff? Rude, annoyed, and clearly overwhelmed.And the food? An absolute joke. At best, it’s cheap cafeteria quality. Almost everything is greasy or loaded with sugar. No fresh juices – just sugary junk. The fried eggs literally drip with oil when you put them on your toast. Tomatoes (one of the only healthy options) run out quickly and aren’t replenished. The same goes for dark bread – if they offer it at all. Show up an hour before mealtime ends, and chances are half the buffet is already empty, because they simply don’t refill.The dining hall sounds like a train station: screaming kids, indifferent parents, and a noise level so high you can barely hear yourself think. The staff? Cold, unhelpful, and never crack a smile.The pool? Two sad, hollowed-out concrete basins – exactly like the photos show. Our shower was full of mold, and the water pressure was miserable.There’s no direct beach access either – just rocks in front of the hotel. And honestly, I have no idea how this place gets decent ratings for its location. The main street in Benalmadena (with the pubs, shops, and cafés) is 1.

Beautiful hotel right beside the beach. Good breakfast selection, however check out took a while as the queue is long and only 1 staff was working at the reception.

??⭐⭐The hotel is perfectly equipped with everything. Indoor pool with hot water jacuzzi, sauna. Children's arcade machines. Outdoor pool. The food is full of everything that the eye desires. The staff is helpful and kind. ??⭐⭐

This is not really a dislike, just a suggestion. We asked them to pack food because we were going on a trip. We didn't get an answer, they can't pack food. I think it would be even better if they included this service.

No fresh orange juice for breakfast which was a real let down for a 4 star hotel.

Comfortable room, convenient and spacious restaurant. Nice view from the balcony.

Smoking is allowed on the balconies, so you can get a lot of smoke if your neighbours are smokers and the wind is "right".

room 008 , quiet room at end of corridor, balcony facing sea i was on my own but would easily accommodate 2 , very comfortable twin beds, extra pillow available in cupboard if needed, tea + coffee and kettle in room, TV with plenty of english channels, bathroom large with good shower, breakfast - one of the best quality of choice i have had in spain, the staff in all areas of the hotel were friendly and allways polite, some work being undertaken on ground floor corridor but noise kept to a minimum. casino was ok

I booked half board. Wine and orange and coffee should be included with evening meal it is part of Spanish tradition.No breakfast allowed on the last day, how petty.

i visited this hotel when i was a kid with my parentsit was a great hotel back then so i reserved torrequebrada with the good memorybut i think it was better beforei really liked the morning buffet..but now i don't really recommend to anyone

The apartment was very spacious and perfect. Seaview was amazing. The bathroom was large and had everything you needed. The bed was okay (could have been more comfortable) but was large and the room was clean with plenty of storage. Meals had great variety of fresh food.

The bed could have been more comfortable. I would have liked an information pack for travellers - local map, bus timetable and routes, interesting places to visit, local sites etc. Would have liked fresh orange machine with juice as required available in the canteen, especially in the morning. The orange juice from dispenser was not pure orange. Also, didn't like residents refilling their water bottles from cold water dispenser available for drinks in the canteen. Risk of spreading infections using their own used bottles in contact with the water machine. Should be a sign prohibiting this.
