Very clean, with a great team always at your service and perfectly located to enjoy the city.We truly enjoyed our stay and thank the staff for their warm hospitality.Definitely recommend this hotel!

Nothing to dislike to be honest

Everything was just perfect: early check-in, upgraded room, sea view, breakfast, dinner, EVENING PROGRAMS, wifi (very fast), two swimming pools (very clean), late checkout, personnel.

Air Conditioning was non existent and food in restaurant at night poor quality and choice.

location, breakfast, view, the room was upgraded. Above one of the best hotel managers on earth. We were at the hotel during the blackout of Spain and they managed the crisis with great professionalism.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Great selection of breakfast choices . Good food at poolside bar. Sunbathing areas plenty with beautiful views from top terrace. Room clean and comfortable. Andreass in reception and Maria at poolside bar were extremely friendly and helpful. Looking forward to staying here again

Stayed for 4 nights and room only cleaned once.

Hotel is in a great location just behind the marina and close to the promenade. We stayed here 2 years ago and felt that this time there was so much more choice at breakfast and the addition of the hot station is also a bonus. Comfortable spacious rooms, friendly helpful staff

The only real downside is the lack of coathangers and general storage places for your clothes

The walls were very thin and we could literally hear the nocturnal activities in the next room! Also because of lack of sound insulation, we could hear every conversation in the corridor as people walked by- very loudly at night.There was no air-conditioning available - apparently it’s only turned on in April ! We did ask at reception for a fan, but they didn’t have any. The room was incredibly hot at night time and we had to open the window for air. The downside of that being that we were eaten alive by mosquitoes- very unpleasant experience.There was housekeeping every day and we got fresh towels but the bathroom itself was not very clean from the start. The walls of the shower needed a good scrub down. Some of the grouting and fittings had black mould. Check out is at 12 noon but there is no hospitality room to freshen up before you leave. There is however a room available to store luggage.

They went HEAVY with the detergent on the floors, it was a bit overpowering. Breakfast wasn't the best. In Spain there's no excuse to serve very concentrated orange squash....no Spanish meats, chorizo etc, but instead turkey gelatine?! Maybe it's a Dutch specialty?! :)

Central to the port. Main road to catch a bus to Malaga is a 5 minute walk. Easy to visit all places nearby

Comfy beds, good breakfast and nice big shower. Hotel is clean and has nice public areas.

We had a sea view room which overlooked everything, nice and clean, breakfast is wonderful, staff very friendly

Welcoming and friendly Staff and our Room had been upgraded to one with a SeaView ,a lovely suprise . Fabulous location by the Marina and excellent buffet breakfast .We look forward to coming again .

The Cleanliness and the inside beauty of this hotel was fabulous ?? Thier bed was just the best comfort I ve ev3r experience in any hotelSlept like baby thru out our StayThier reception staff re very professional and Likable Even their manager is so friendly with thier visitors and workers He is so down to earth u can feel 5he workers ve it goodThier restaurant was great with great with tasty food lots of fish dishes which was ?? ?? And the kitchen staff re so organized and happyWe felt at home and welcomed ☺️

Missed kettle to make tea in roomCould ve been nice with a bit different activity t in evenings A customer took his dog thru the restaurant and he wasn't stoppedIt was very disappointing ?

Thia hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways.Perfect location,nice rooms,friendly staff,lovely pool and bar area.

Beds were not great but I find most hotels I stay in fall down with this.

No kettle or cups or cutlery plates .front door did not lock also no plug for the bath Also could not get a c to work was reported noone arrived to sort it .
