Something was wrong with the heating system in our room which was room with terrace,wery hot all the time ,had to turn it off and open evry door and window.

The breakfast was amazing, with a great variety and everything very clean. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent — just a one-minute walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. Overall, a good stay, especially for the location and breakfast!" and the staff they all are amazing.

There were no basic facilities provided, such as slippers, toiletries, or any useful tools. Also, the air conditioning was not cold enough, and we often felt hot during the night, which affected our comfort. no parking, the parking fees in ruro 20 per day.

Lovely clean sunbathing area. Appreciated the raised area with view of sea away from noise of pool. Comfortable rooms great food.

Great location. The breakfast was very good and the complimentary mini bar drinks a nice touch. The room was a bit dated but was comfortable.

The location of the accommodation is very good: close to the beach and the harbor. The accommodation itself is very versatile and high-quality: the outdoor pool is clean, the sunbeds are comfortable, and the indoor spa and sauna are also excellent. The staff are particularly kind, polite, and helpful: on one occasion, we were looking for the way down to the parking lot, and one of the employees escorted us all the way there. At the reception, I had a long chat about Spanish football. Meanwhile, the receptionist/staff member told personal stories, which was very human. I highly recommend it

Ideal location for the marina yet quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms beautiful, even ours with no sea view. - loved the complimentary mini bar, that's a nice touch. Brekkie special, cooked well with a fantastic choice (coffee excellent). Sunbathing areas had plenty of beds and seating, spotlessly clean.

Pool closed quite early on but really there wasn't a thing we didn't really enjoy and impressed with.

The staff were so efficient. Our waiter Billy was so organised and gave such a personal service he should be a manager! Entertainment was excellent each night

Parking fee of €20 per night way too expensive for guests.

Food was great, pool area very good, lovely rooms and kept very clean, staff really made this hotel though with it being a solo trip. From Billy in the restaurant, to Adrian, Claudia and Paula at the pool bar, cleaners and everyone you walked past they were all excellent and went out of their way tp chat and be friendly. Will definitely be back.

Location was excellent, plenty of places to go for food, drinks. Hotel is very nice, staff very welcoming and helpful. Plenty of sunbeds around lovely pools. Rooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

Loved the calm atmosphere throughout the hotel . The public areas were relaxed & comfortable, particularly enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. The staff were all you would want them to be - helpful, friendly but unobtrusive.

The property is located right at the Puerto Marina and right on the boardwalk. So many shops and restaurants right there and more just the next street up. The local bus stop is just a 5-7 minute walk and the transit train stop about 20. What stands out about this Hotel, besides its location, is its cleanliness and how much attention is given to the grounds and building. From the housecleaning staff to the maintenance workers. It was so clean, everywhere. The pool is really nice, but not heated so it was refreshing. Very good food in their cafeteria. The Hotel even has nightly entertainment in their own lounge downstairs. The only downside was that the air conditioner was not yet turned on as it was still considered cool for their standards. There should be a screen door for the patio so you can keep the room cooler. The bedroom fan was noisy as well. But overall, what a nice place to stay, a real all inclusive resort. I would stay there again anytime..

Great choices in the breakfasts,and dinners.,great quality food...wonderful staff. Our 5th holiday in this hotel..will definitely return.Alot of improvements and renovations observed.. From arrival to departure all was 100%..Rosa, reception staff and dining staff could not do more to help their guests..well done !!Thank you..

The food was a bit repetitive, variety could have been better.However it was okay.

Everything about our trip was fantastic, from the variety and quality of the food, to the service and friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Room was very comfortable and location was perfect. Plenty to do on the doorstep.
