Check in and out was super fast and efficient. The staff were very helpful. There's free street parking on site with plenty of availability.

Couldn't get the WiFi to work and the pool area was under renovation so we couldn't use it and there were workers coming in and out.

The room service wasn’t available for our stay . We asked to change at least the towels but they didn’t accept. They said it wasn’t available for stay of 3 nights and less. It’s not mentioned anywhere

It was the perfect location for our stay. Just a short walk to the beach and a number of delicious restaurants. Pool area was spotless and an ideal location to chill out in for the week. The greenery and palm trees around the pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. The apartment was so well equipped for our stay with a large living area and kitchen and even better filtered water on tap!!! So no lugging around those massive 3L bottles. Truly a wonderful stay! We'll 100% be back.

This property is in a lovely location and very safe. Suitable for families with older children (that can swim). Restaurant, Lola next door with excellent food, but service is slow, so keep in mind if on a time schedule. Coffee at dolce vita fantastic.

There wasn't any brollies at the pool, ok in April but id imagine in summer months would be missed

The location of the hotel is excellent, with the beach a few steps away, as well as loads of restaurants and grocery stores. A huge beautiful park is just opposite the hotel. The apartment itself was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. The pool area was small but very nice!

The pool was cold, we stayed in April over the easter break and found the water to be cold, would have liked more if the water was heated. Had ants in the kitchen. throughout our stay.

Very nice location, 5 min walk from the beach, in front of a beautiful park, very clean room, well equipped, friendly helpful staff, special note to Pablo at the reception. Quiet in apartment, balcony was towards the street so of course you hear traffic when outside. Grocery store 10 min walk up the hill (also has free parking).Overall a great place to stay for a week or more.

Facilities of room and hotel were great. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly - addressed anything we had concerns of almost immediately, a relaxing spot that gets the best of the sun throughout the day!

The music from the auditorium across the other side of the park was loud enough to hear through closed windows, this was only a problem on one of the nights, and not the hotels fault. However, maybe some thicker windows/doors could prevent this in rooms facing that way

The room is very comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and amazing. The kitchen is full of everything you need.

The room was just near the gate and while everyone is opening the gate it makes a lot of noise and even during the night the rise of noise of gate closing and people talking. The hot water is not enough for a family of five so after three kids showered and not for long we had no hot water and needed to wait for an hour.

Location, two separate rooms, kitchen with a view at the sunrise, living room with a sunny balcony. Dish and laundry washing machine with necessary washing capsules provided. Lola restaurant near the property. Cleaning service.

The spa and gym were allowed only from 16+ years, and the outdoor pool was not heated, so we could have a swim with a child and needed to search for other ways. Also Spa and gym were with additional fee (12 euros per visit). Floors at the property are very cold - no slippers provided.

Room had just been refurbished. Instruction manual out of date. Staff member came up and explained what we needed to know. Probably be back next year.

Didn't like the accessible bathroom or the fact we didn't have a terrace or balcony.

Good value for money and the location was excellent for our needs

We had quite noisy neighbors this time, a crying baby upstairs and noisy young people next door. We didn´t have a coisy living area this time although we had booked a similar apartment than before.

Apartment very cold… despite being 20 degrees outside. (Apartment 1c3) Heating not working initially, it was rectified but heating system not adequate for the unit. No extra blankets….even after asking… There was a an extra quilt but this had no cover. Asked for an apartment with a sea view which would have been warmer. This apartment was in the shade all day & overlooked the road.

The location is fantastic. The pleasant gardens and the relaxed atmosphere of the complex make for a restful holiday. Pablo on the reception desk and the cleaner Rosi are deserving of special mention.

Nothing negative to report.

Nice little beach vacation home. With helpful staff and nice facilities. All in order with good price for a family of 3
