The location

It was a total dump. It was rated 4 stars? How is that possible? At the most, the most it was 2 stars. That's only because the elevator worked.

Turned up to check in on 12/10/23 and the hotel has been closed for 3 months!!! Do not book without ringing and checking first as this hotel currently does not exist and booking.com had to sort out alternative accommodation! The hotel had even been emailing me for months about my stay and they weren’t open!!

The staff was amazing. They made us feel very welcome and the hotel is super comfortable.

One receptionist called Mila is very rude and is not fit to work with people face to face. She is very cold and not very friendly. She should have more compassion and not act like a robot without feelings when she give out information. Never met a person like that before working in public. And i have more than 20 years of experience in costumer service. I work in a hotel too so i know that this is not the way to treat people. We had problems with the payment and she acted horrible. Everybody else were excellent but she acted like a cold robot. I dont understand who she can be the first person a guest meet when arriving. Maybe the hotel owner should give her a class in how to communicate or replace her.

The location is great, right at the beach almost.

One of our beds were wobly so we had to MacGyver fix it and we found a new friend Jimmy the coacroach running in our room.

The reception was very welcoming. Zak and Claudia were very very nice to us. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and happy.

A receptionist called Mila is one of the worst receptionists ive ever been in contact with. She is cold,has no empathy, and is treating us in a very bad way although we are guests. I have worked more than 20 years in the hospitality industri and ive never met someone like her. She is not suited for having contact with guests and should work in a office instead.

It being closed down and us having to deal with rude employees and rude police telling us we had to leave. Very stressful.

Location is good. Rooms are a good size. Breakfast was fair. Traditional Spanish Hotel.

Bar not open. Not enough kitchen items.

Leaving

Everything looks dirty not well looked after especially the swimming pool and outdoor chairs and loungers, the breakfast was poor

I liked the wiev and the apartment was spacious and with big bathroom. The breakfast was very good and friendly personal. We parked free at the street outside.

Breakfast was good for what we paid All staff were really lovely and so accommodating, I'd give it a 10 if it was a question only on staffRooms need updated but were clean

Rooms and balconies not great, Rooms need upgraded, they are outdated and not very amenable

Terrible they tried to stop me taking a coffee to my room and I needed to to take my medication

They stole 20 euros from us not giving us back our deposit for the AC remote control

The room we were told on arrival was basic but we found it very good. The situation, on the level with the pool and dining area, was excellent. The fact that reception was 4 floors up was unusual but not a problem as there were plenty of good clean lifts.

The only room not up to scratch was the bathroom. The hand shower should have been attached to the wall but wasn't but it was still usable. A non-slip mat in the bath would have made it less slippery when wet but if an octogenarian could manage it was not too bad. The lovely mini-kitchen was missing both kettle and toaster; essentials for English occupants! None of these faults detracted from the enjoyment of our stay. Very good ****.

Nice location and breakfast included with the room.

Broken couch was never fixed and had to ask for amenities such as a kettle. We were three in a room and the room were only set up for two.

cheap but not good

The bed was not prepared. There were cockroaches in the kitchen walking around. The breakfast buffet was not really that fresh and could be improved a lot.

Convenient location. Free parking around the hotel. Rooms vere outdated but exactly like on the pictures. Good value for the money (50€/a night with breakfast)
