- Lot of activities for kidsPrice include breakfast
- Architecture of the hotel is interesting and outstanding. Comfortable rooms. Well functioning wrist band room access system. Quick check-in and check-out experience.
- The room was spacious and clean, nice amenitiesGood hours for food.Treatments were nice but no relaxation room after and had to pay extra for the facilities.Beautiful views outside
Cons -
- Not very clean roomOutdoor pool was closed
- The hotel complex would need some renovation and redecorating the rooms. Little worn out esthetically. It was not clear from booking.com that waterpark and some other facilities were not open all the year. Should be added what is seasonal.
- Very little choice for the food, mediocre. Also the music in the main buffet was the same everyday at every meal, don't get me started on the type of it- very eerie, gave the impression of the Phantom Hotel. No atmosphere, felt like the only guest. Some of the corridors are very dark and cold. No entrainment. If you seen any staff at all, they were busy talking to each other. Reception always empty, they are hiding in a different room. The fish were sick with ick. Not very well taken care of. The waterfall when on at full blast made it impossible to sit in the massage chair due to the echo and the loudness. Same with the game room, the machines were playing the music so loud and the background music was playing even louder meshing all of the sounds together, after 30min you could only get a headache. I had really high hopes for the hotel and didn't mind paying extra knowing I will have a nice time but I was really disappointed. During the check-in nobody told us where to go, what times are the meals, what is there to do. I would definitely not recommend this hotel, there are many others which are better even during the off season and also cheaper.

Great place to relax and unwind as a family with a small child! The pool was great, many fun activities for both young and old, and if you get tired of it, there's a "beach" club (not technically at the beach), offering more water-based activities. We had a half-board, which was more than enough, as the breakfast and dinner buffés were varied and of good quality. We would definitely come back.
The only thing that was not so great is that the cleaning staff did not do the most thorough of jobs. The floors were a bit dusty, and they did not seem to touch the terrace at all.
Big room with kitchen
Far from sea, no beach near, terrible shatter bus, dirty swimming pool etc
Hotel decor, pool, staff
Hairdryer didn't work or fridge and water was over the floor and leaking. Also around the pool was really sharp on my children's feet.
The complex is very big, beautifully decorated by the sea. The beach club is big, with lots of pools for different ages, the kids loved it. We had booked the VIP zone(100eur a day) that really offered amazing service and gave our holiday a fantastic touch. We had hourly drink service, a bottle of champagne and fruit served to the VIP zone. There was a private area with a private pool with jacuzzi beds and huge sunbeds with loads of pillows. It was a very windy day, and that didn't bother us there. There is a free shuttle down and up from the beach club that we didn't use since it's just a 6 minute walk.Buffet offers to order omlets for breakfast, meats and fish for lunch and dinner.Spacious rooms, our had 2 bedrooms with huge beds and a small kitchen available in the room. Room was clean and comfortable. On the ground floor there is a store where you can buy sunscreen, souvenirs, toys and some bathing related items.
We had all included for the holiday but it felt like that you have to pay extra to have a good time. For the kids slushies are free, but you have to pay for the container. Everything was served in paper cups, and if you wanted plastic so they don't go soggy, you had to pay. In the evening there is the indoor bar that is open with very few sitting room. Terribly noisy from both the bar and arcade that is across the hall. Minidisco is at the bar and it starts very late. The animation team was only seen during the mini disco, otherwise they felt invisible in the area.Very few vegetarian choices during the meals. The resort is far away from everything, if you plan on leaving the hotel, you should uber. There was a tui booth at the reception but never any staff there to tell about the tours or to book them. They don't give much information at arrival, just ask to download their app that contains opening hours but not where things are. We spent the first evening just trying to find things since there isn't a map of the resort.
Comfy beds, nice beach just down the road
The swimming pools were all freezing cold, too cold to use, food was okay for me with plenty of choice, but my son didn’t like any of it, most food was cold & needed to be heated up in the microwave, our room hadn’t been cleaned properly so there were long black hairs all over the bathroom & on the extra blankets in the wardrobe, lots of residue around the top of the bath, they did come to clean it though when we asked. They lost some of our luggage when we were checking out which was meant to be stored in a locked room at reception, it was my sons toy & they couldn’t find it even though it was stored with our cases & bags, very strange.
The hotel unfortunately was nothing like it appears on booking.com, most of the pictures on here of the indoor pool, the splash park, the pool with the boat, the football pitch and basketball court and pretty much any amenity other than the hotels pool is at at least £10 per child and more per adult, per day. The lady who ran the spa was outrageously rude and unhelpful and apart from the waiting and bar staff and a couple of receptionists, everyone else was very unhelpful. Most disappointing holiday ever and it wasn’t cheap, kids were very bored, it’s a long walk for little ones to get to the sea and unless you want to fork out loads each day to go to the amenities, there isn’t a lot to do except go in the freezing cold pool. Sad to have spent so much money on our yearly holiday and for it to have catfished all three parties who came with us. Would not recommend. Obviously. (Also, when complaining about the fact that their photos are catfishing, there was literally no help or explanation. I’ve messaged the hotel manager and no reply either.)
All the hidden extra costs.
The room was big and clean.
Where do I even start.1. Two out three restaurants were closed (thanks for selling us the all inclusive package)2. Half of the arcade machines in the hotel didn’t work.3. Snacks not included in all inclusive at the beach club (even though is was told it was)4. The staff has no idea on how to serve or make milkshakes to the kids at the beach club5. Water was freezing cold.6. The food on the pictures on the hotels website is nothing like the food they serve. Kids menu and dessert is nothing like on the pictures.7. No food is served at the beach club (thanks for selling me the all inclusive package)8. Ice cream at the beach club is not included in all inclusive package.9. I could continue writing negative things but honestly I feel ashamed to write more.
The pool area was clean and tidy, food offering was good and reasonably warm. Staff were helpful especially the lifeguards when needed for a little first aid
There was very little in the way of entertainment, maybe due to the fact it was April however if you didn't explore outside hotel there wasn't alot to do
I loved every moment of it. The family room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful view. The decoration and look of the hotel inside is fantastic. The staff is very kind and friendly. The food is very delicious, fresh and varied. We would really like to come back someday.
It’s a very big hotel which would have been spectacular when it was new. But it’s getting quite dated and obviously in our expertise they are not keeping on top of maintenance.
We were a group of 4 men on a golf trip and were put into a very small family room with 2 of us sharing a sofa. We complained to reception who said there was nothing they could do as no manager was on duty. So we booked another room at our expense on Booking.com at our expense. Our new room: The shower flooded our room and got our bags wet. There was lots of noise throughout the night until about 6am. It was a Saturday night but we didn’t expect this. When we reported it to reception we only received attitude. Their response to the noise was “well it was a Saturday night sir”. It was absolutely shocking.
Great location, staff super friendly, resort is huge but easy to access and get around. For the time of year it was great really. Buffet was nice but sometimes slightly cold. Still it was nice.
The resort is very family friendly and there were a lot of other young families on holiday while there. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have separate bedroom and living room area. It is great that the spa allows children in the morning although you do have to pay additionally for adults and kids over 3.
The food was not great, there was variety but the quality was not good e.g. the croissants were hard and seemed to be out of plastic packing, the scrambled eggs were watery. There were also very little vegetarian options with mainly pasta on offer- watch out of the rice or potatoes which get offered as most of the time contained ham.
Safe box was not free, Many activities were closed that time but not mentioned in the description
Staff was nice, food was amazing, the view was nice, the gym had free weights and cardio machines.
Far from everything, we have to use uber for everything. There's no market around, so there's no other option than paying for meals at the hotel. The playground was paid.
Loved the all inclusive service ? staff very friendly and helpful ? The pool area was help your self with food and cakes buns salads ect then drink on other side from bar staff all included with the all inclusive Rooms amazing had apt with sea view and jazzui unreal !!
Can't fault anything location to beach close by but not many shops around beach nothing a taxi to near by areas wouldn't sort
the choice of food was extensive but the quality was simply disgusting, the fish and meat were simply cooked terribly
Friendly staff.
Definitely not a 4-star hotel.First of all, I didn't receive any notice that the water park and facilities, such as the padel court, would be closed during our stay (winter). The pool was also closed after 6 PM, which was a shame because one of the days, the sun only came out after 6 PM, and that was the only time the kids could have enjoyed the pool. The kids' pool was closed all day.I was advised by the receptionist to use the outdoor jacuzzi as an alternative since the pool was closed, but the jacuzzi was also closed the full day. We had to pay to use the SPA during the kids' hours, and the SPA was a mess. It was overcrowded with families, and the poor SPA receptionist was handling everything alone while also dealing with a long queue of people trying to book slots. The changing room was extremely small—there wasn't even enough space for two families at the same time. Our room (219) had a horrible sewage smell in the bathroom. The food was poorly stored—I was offered beef but received pork instead. In the morning, fruits were unavailable, and the empty fruit baskets were barely enough for a family of three, even though the hotel was very busy.Plus, the beds didn’t have blankets—we had to take them from the wardrobe, and the quality was poor. I even found a lot of hairs on one of them. The hotel was okay for sleeping and doing activities outside (including meals), but if you're looking for a resort experience, I would definitely not recommend it.
