    Pros +

    • Location close to the harbour and bus stops. Clean room and public areas. Love the Sunset roof terrace bar, a shame it's not open to regular guests before 5pm as in general it was empty. A missed commercial opportunity for the hotel.
    • The pools were great,we had a great view from our room.Beds and shower were good.Staff were very helpful to us as our flight home got cancelled and it was very late,we were able to go back and pay for extra night?
    • Everything about our stay was just fabulous. The hotel, facilities, location and staff . As a family with young children the staff were all so lovely and inclusive, the kids club was a lovely little area to spend out of the sun and the staff in there were great too, face painting, soft play. The amount of communal seating areas and all different styles never left you needing a chair, and never an issue for sun beds.

    Cons -

    • Room very warm, aircon switched off l, no ability to circulate any air. Stayed for 4 nights, evening meal buffet very poor on 1st night although it did improve on the other nights by comparison. We stayed last January and in comparison the buffet offering has deteriorated, looked like cost cutting. The spa was 25e entry pp for a 90m visit, so 50e per couple which is ridiculous. Only saw one person in it, which spoke volumes really. Very few will use it at that price. A complete waste of the facility. Other hotels nearby offer spa access as part of their room deal. From memory I recall access being 15e pp last Jan which we would have paid. It's run by a separate company now, which seems to be counter productive.
    • The hotel is very nice but just too big.Finding your room was quite a task at first and involved lots of corridor walking. The food was okay but not for us and the set out of food and drinks was abit disorganised.
    • Breakfast could’ve been better but there was a large variety to be fair

Well laid out , nice swimming pools

Air conditioning didn’t work. Room was not cleaned or made up. We had a ten day stay, 3 of the days the room wasn’t cleaned, nor was soap or fresh towels changed.

Nice rooms and balcony. Good view.

I did not like the food.

Completely refurbished, ideal for children, very clean

Lifts hard to use during peak hours, plus one of them broken. Room a bit tiny for 4, specially the beds

Hotel very well situated with access to the beach. Everything was close, to the port, restaurants and grocery stores. To further attractions you could get a taxi for 10-15e max. Taxi stand is opposite the hotel. Breakfasts good but monotonous. Every day the same with no options gluten free.

It was impossible to get an iron from the hotel, even though such an option was in the description. We bought our own in a nearby shop and left in room 2424. ;) I hope will wait there for me.We had dinner once where the price was surprisingly low (15e per person) and we were disappointed. For a 4-star hotel and its standard, the food served should be much better. For a person who does not eat meat, there was not much to choose from. I suppose that the same thing was served every day for dinner. It is good that there are a lot of restaurants in the area.

Beautiful hotel, both inside and outside areas were lovely. Plenty of sun beds & chairs to hang out. Rooms were very spacious and modern. Breakfast was fab.

The staff member in the spa are was not very accommodating or friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily but floors could have been cleaner.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel is huge and modern and it feels luxurious. Upon arrival the staff were kind and welcoming and my room was upgraded for free(to my delight)! I had booked a room with a balcony but I was upgraded to a balcony with a full view of the ocean. It was gorgeous. Even though I visited in January the sun was beautiful in the morning sitting out on the balcony. It is an extremely clean hotel too from top to bottom.I can't recommend this hotel enough! Absolutely beautiful. Suitable to all age groups. There is also an added sense of safety as there is security at the entrance at night.

Aesthetically pleasing, incredible location minute walk from the beach. Food was incredible and so many choices I wouldn't be able to name it all every meal there's pizza, noodles and burger but also something new for every meal like curry, paella, fresh fish and seafood, meat (cooked separately which was great as I'm pescaterian) and many more,Kids club was great even when weather wasn't best we felt like they had fun.Beds and pillow are very comfortable and was great to have 2 double beds especially with young children.I would recommend if you are looking for great place to relax with family.

I wouldn't describe it as typical 4* hotel its defiantly not luxurious but it's amazing places especially for families.Water in 3 main pools (outdoor, kids outdoor, indoor) accessible are not heated, heated pool (in spa) is reserved for "premium guests" whatever that means or by getting a pass (€15 per person for 90minutes children also needs to pay), No iron in a room I had to wait over 24h for one.

Excellent room. Sky Bar very enjoyable. Excellent choices at Breakfast and Evening meals of very good selection of excellent food. Dining Room staff worked extremely hard. Reception staff very helpful. Exit onto Promenade from Garden Gate is great.

Room servicing was only average. Whilst there are plenty of lifts - it is up and down from and to dining room and can be a very, very long internal walk from room and return depending which Block you are in. Short staffed in Dining Room so tables not cleared as well as could be expected. Finding somewhere to sit was a challenge, free tables not easily identifiable. General atmosphere of public areas rather stark.

    Loved it all.

Rooms clean and modern. Plenty of choice for breakfast and drinks reasonably priced. Good location with restaurants, bars and the Marina all walking distance

It is a modern hotel, has good facilities (indoor swimming pool and outdoor play area). The room (2 small double beds) is a bit small for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children under 9), however they don’t have bigger rooms. The toilet has blocked twice during our 2 days stay, and shower area is not very clean. It will be good if food had more variety and tasted better. Overall it is a ok stay for us as children enjoyed the facilities, if the maintenance of the hotel can be improved, it will be great.

First of all, for some reason their credit card machines at checkin would get stuck at the “EUR or USD” screen. The staff asked me to run down a block to an ATM to get cash, which of course puts me 8EUR back due to bank fees. Then the same lady would not show the decency to waive the parking fees (10EUR/day) and asked me to pay it in cash. The property is huge and likely great for a couple plus nights stay. But navigating the buildings for breakfast or swimming pool was a nightmare and generally the staff was too busy to help. Would likely stay somewhere else if I come again.

Wonderful stay, free upgrade on arrival to full sea view room. Robes, slippers and a small mini bar selection included. Lovely surprise cake and a bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday. Lovely gesture. Drinks are reasonable in the hotel . The only thing I would recommend is that the first aiders should have some kind of sting relief , the mosquitos have very large stingers!!!

    8RichardPosted on: 4-4-2025

Excellent hotel, not enough staff at the bar. There was always a long queue of customers. We ended up buying drinks from a beach bar outside of the hotel.

    8KarinaPosted on: 3-30-2025

Staff were lovely, facilities beautiful and well maintained. Good variety of food at the buffet.

The air conditioning in our room didn't work for the 4 nights as the patio door would not shut and lock, thus not activating the aircon. We mentioned it every day at reception, however it was not rectified. So we didn't sleep well. Other than that. Everything was lovely.
