    Pros +

    • Food was terrible compared to last year. And the restaurant was overcrowded. We ate out each night as was either too busy or no food left worth eating c.
    • Food was good but snacks would be good around 21:00 to 22:00
    • The entertainment team are fantastic however all the staff were excellent , friendly and helpful. Loads of activities during the day such as darts , sjoelen, bascially something on every hour. The food was varied and plenty of choice. Its a 20 minute taxi ride from Malaga airport. Beach is a short walk away .

    Cons -

    • The animation team some times kept pestering you
    • My room was dated but I was in a single room and didn't want a balcony so didn't ask to be moved, my sister and friend were in a room that had been refurbished and was bright spacious and beautiful views. Wine was from taps in the restaurant but its a 3 star hotel and should be expected.
    • My Mam was in a single room, which although clean was very dark and had no balcony or view, all of the double rooms were really nice and great value for money but the single room was a bit of a disappointment.

Loved the location and these was plenty of options available for breakfast, lunch and dinner as a group of 11 none of us ever had a problem finding something delicious to eat at mealtimes.

My Mam was in a single room, which although clean was very dark and had no balcony or view, all of the double rooms were really nice and great value for money but the single room was a bit of a disappointment.

food it was coldpool could be cleanercould only get 2 drinks at a time

    5BenPosted on: 9-5-2024

    Entertainment, location, and the bathroom/shower.

Food variety. Only 2 drinks at a time at the bar (we were in a group so made it a hassle when getting drinks). Rooms slightly dated. Airconditioning was ridiculously cold, too hot to have it off though.

Everything from the bar staff especially Laura and also all the entertainment guys they were absolutely amazing to the food and the location this was our third time here and we will definitely be back next year.

    Nice, bright and clean

Location very good. Couple mins walk to beach and lots of bars and very good restaurants very close by

Food terrible. Out of 5 days staying there we ate out 4 days. Lots of people not just us complained about the food. What ever was on for lunch was fried up for dinner. If you can eat salad breakfast lunch and dinner you might be ok. I would personally avoid at all cost. Pay £200/300 more and book into a better hotel. Pool area very small and as always they allow people to put towels on beds when not using so can be an issue however the beach is lovely not even 3 mins walk away. Would not recommend this hotel at all and certainly wouldn't stop again

For a 3 star rating it was fine for a week for 2 elderly people

Free Wi-Fi free fridge free safe having to wait until 10am for entrance to the pool area

Great location close to restaurants, bus stop and beach ⛱️, staff nice and friendly, rooms comfortable with balcony and great views

The cleaners didn't clean the room for over a week, also they didn't change the bed sheets, bathroom mirrors did not wipe properly, there was no shower gel or anything to wash yourself only little soap bar to wash your hands, when they changed the towels they smell of dump like they weren't dry properly, food in the restaurant was same everyday, borin and without flavour, many times we eat in local restaurants because was much better especially the fish, alcohol in the bar horrible I guess it's the cheapest quality and in very tiny plastic cups

the location, the value for money, the activities by the pool, the bar & entertainment staff were lovely

the reception staff were extremely unhelpful & rude which caused stress to both of us on checking in which ruined the first day of our trip. they made a mistake with our booking and refused to help us, telling us we had to sort it out ourself or we would be charged €600 (50% cancellation fee of the full booking) when it was the hotel that made the issue, not us. this was our second stay in this hotel, following this issue we don’t know if we will come again

Bad smell in room 241 and 341.The food was ok, mostly something we could eat but was always luke warm or cold. The bread was always the freshest. The staff were friendly and worked hard, always on the ball and attentive. The entertainment staff were good too, always happy and didn’t push you to join in if you wanted to chill. The cleaners always happy to provide essentials. The location was great, across the road from beach and walking distance to harbour, it is up an incline though but manageable. Always a sun bed, went end of April for a week. Taxi to/from airport 30-35 euros. Reception can order taxi on return, arrives promptly. Read further.

DO NOT stay in single rooms 241 or 341, really bad smell of drains, shower cubicle tiny, couldn’t move arms once squeezed in, couldn’t sleep with the smell and had to pay extra to move to double as no other single room available. The reception knew about the smell as they said they have checked and there is no blockage, they should not let out these rooms. Room 244 next to lift so noisy and view of outside stairs from window. Food was nearly always cold as if the buffet heaters don’t work. Couple of times the chicken was very red or pink inside, couldn’t risk it then, food was mostly labelled. Desserts could be better but it is a smaller hotel and there was always ice-cream. Some pool side chairs need replacing as a bit cracked looking. No hairdryer in bathroom in single room but could get from reception. Also Wi-Fi did not work for nearly 3 days so had to direct ring family to say arrived safely and could not receive emails from booking.com regarding smelly rooms. Had to wait three days, clothes still packed to find out if I could move or upgrade room.

It was nice very close to the sea and the beach! Most of the staff was friendly and lovely!

That you had to pay for wifi but when I asked they said it wasn’t working at the moment ! The food was okay just needed more variety especially for kids and the lunches were a bit boring sometimes! Personally my tv in my room didn’t turn on at all

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Good selection of food.

Had to pay for safe in room and pool towels. No ball games or inflatables allowed in pool.

I don't know if I liked something. The all-inclusive drinks were only available from the dispenser and were actually chemical, full of dyes, the alternative was only water. Let's say that the food was ok, it was within the number of air stars, the room was clean. The view at sunrise, on the other hand, was exceptional.

Communication is very bad in the hotel. We only had one night, October 14/15, and the hotel closed on October 15. Nobody communicated anything to us. we left the luggage at the luggage room, we announced that we were coming at 4 p.m. but we arrived at 3 p.m. and brought some more shopping, I even asked for permission at the reception and he told me to take them to the luggage room. I returned to the hotel at 19 and everything was closed, the doors were barricaded with wooden panels. I was lucky that someone from the nearby terrace called someone and a gentleman appeared at one of the hotel's balconies and after an hour he opened the door for us and we retrieved our luggage (we also had our documents here). It is not normal not to put a notice at the reception or in the luggage room, or at least to have been told, today the hotel closes permanently.

If you like to stay in cloak , this hostel is for you

The room 600 is welcome to hell, if you will get roomNr 600 move out and ask for your money, otherwise you will listen a compressor 24h , plus cloak smell will follow you even in the dreams , never come back again.

    7StuartPosted on: 10-15-2023

Friendly staff. Good pool and nice food.

My single room was dated and in need of an upgrade.

    8JennyPosted on: 10-11-2023

Location was good for meals, we eat outside every day, Drinks at meal times always assessable

Food was never hot, and had nearly run out unless you went right at the beginning of service, which was a little early for us
