my room was above the entrance v noisy till late and the air con didnt work ..

I had a rental car and I wanted to be outside the city center. Their parking lot can get full , from the restaurant clientele, but I managed to find a spot each time.

It’s not really near too many other bars or restaurants. Finding food in the surrounding are on a Sunday was a challenge. One suggestion: when you are giving the hotel room card to a solo female traveller, there is no need to say their room number out loud.And the staff at the reception could be a bit more amiable. If a guest passing by gives a polite ‘good morning, noon, or afternoon’ , you could return the greeting. I found the reception staff to be quite ‘aloof’.

Very welcoming, clean hotel that caters well for families. Breakfast was extremely good value for money.

Bathrooms could do with updating as they are quite dated with the showers quite small. Lighting in the underground car park could be better.

Comfortable and clean rooms, well appointed. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Great breakfast. Very convenient location: bus 10 stops in the same corner to take you to Pamplona and back. Free parking, although the lot was always pretty packed. Good value.

Felt I got slight food poisoning from the resteraunt.. Only time I've had a dodgy stomach all holiday after eating there.. And the upgrade to the spa bath was not with it the bath was very poor

Very nice hotel with a great breakfast. It was very convenient to take the bus to downtown Pamplona. One of the best things about this was that it was easy to drive to and park, and then it was easy to take the bus into town.

A great value hotel. Rooms well appointed

The fact that the hotel allows people attending events at the hotel to continue making lots of noise after their event has finished, including after midnight. In fact, some of these people, who are not guests staying at the hotel, started up a new party outside the entrance to the hotel, with loud music being played.The hotel should police this better and ensure that guests at the hotel are not being disturbed.

Location is a bit far from downtown

Nice room, nice hotel. Underground parking for my motorbike, but extra cost. Cafeteria was good

Restaurant is closed in evenings. Booking.com are not good at getting that info correct. But "cafeteria", more like a restaurant, had a good menu and good vibes.

Cleanliness and comfort

Breakfast was a little basic by comparison to others and not all the food was ready at 7am for the early starters.

Excellent welcome from Mohammed on reception who is a mine of information and charming with it ( speaks 5 languages!)The hotel is clean, smart. We didn't use the restaurant but the cafeteria next door was great for breakfast.

It's a bit further from the centre of Palermo than I realised but we took a taxi and that was fine. Since discovered that a bus to centre stops right outside.

Parking was good, bathroom as we had asked

When we arrived there was a group of children charging around reception and playing in the lifts. The room was as we asked, but we have been to 2 star hotels that offered tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a small bottle of water in the fridge. There was a wedding party which carried on until 3am which could be heard in the room, after this ended as I was getting to sleep the Fire alarm was set off, I woke my wife and prepared to go to the assembly point but the alarm stopped and peace returned- I managed around 2 hours sleep. Breakfast was nothing to write home about all in all, possily the worst ever hotel stay that we have experienced. Certainly won't be returning when we go back to Spain.

The place is not 4 stars worth as it says. Felt empty and sad.

Clean and friendly staff they even came out in the pouring rain to jump start our car, above and beyond staff.

This hotel is in a good location for an overnight stop for travelling further on in Spain. It was very clean, with a spacious room and bathroom.

The beds were pretty firm which might suit some people. We were also on the third floor and couldn't connect to the Wifi, which could have been better...Unable to comment on the restaurant, we didn't use it as it didn't open until 9pm and we wanted to eat earlier (it looked very nice though). We did not have the breakfast either.
