The Hague Teleport Hotel

Location is nice. Cleaning staff are very helpful and clean the rooms excellent. Almost all the front desk staff are nice and helpful

No air condition. The hotel provided fan but for the heat that was more than 20 degree centigrade, the fan was no match. Please know the hotel did NOT advertise Air Condition but for anyone who requires AC, not an excellent choice

Staff and location was very good. We had the room with a panoramic view and it was worth to pay extra for that. There was a comfy bed, nice, decent breakfast and spacious parking. Good value for the price!

Easy to find, option to park your car, AH next to the hotel. Close to center of Den Haag. Breakfast is good. Nice room.

I had problems getting in contact with the hotel because of an booking error i did make. There is no anwering machine or a menu, so you don't know if there is a connection

Friendly flexible staffNice street view with no traffic sounds.Reasonable breakfast with freshly fried or boiled eggs and variety of fruits.

The hippie style with graffiti all over is interesting not so much my style. Activities & game room in the lobby is good if you are for it.The size of the Panoramic studeo room was good but the bed was very small.

Great location, good service, clean rooms, perfect for staying for work or short stays. Free parking is included at the hotel.

Not far from the train station and the down town.

Good room, great accommodation. Nothing very harsh

Windows didn’t opened, even slightly just to vent the room. There was a weird smell when entering the room (weird pick of chemicals to clean). But overtime it vanished.

There was enough parking spaces for us. We enjoyed playing ping pong and foosball in the lobby, this was a lot of fun while relaxing at night.The rooms were big enough for us. It was pricey, but for a central location in the Netherlands, its the best one can get for this price.

The beds were not as comfortable as we would have hoped and the rooms are not soundproof, bring earplugs!

Great view form out eighth floor window. Secrure parking. A little scruffy, but secure.

Noise from next room. Not a huge problem but soundproofing wasn't great

The only good thing was the location.

The room was hot and with little ventilation, only a small. The bed is small and too soft.

Nightmare

this was honestly one of the worst experiences i have ever had. i booked the hotel last minute yesterday and i only read the reviews on booking.com, as soon as i arrived it was a nightmare. at first i arrived at the main entrance and there were people smoking weed om the staircase and i couldnt even get into the hotel. they kept harrassing me and asking me for money. apparently they were residents inside of the hotel and they lived there so when i asked them to leave me alone they said they lived there and it was true because they knew the receptionist too. i was in complete shock. this wasn't even all of it. as soon as i arrived at the hotel room there was such a bad smell and i complained at the reception but he said it was normal and that its because of the old carpets. when i entered the hotel room there was a big yellow stain on the towels. i complained and he gave me new towels and they had bloodstains too. everything was a nightmare. i couldn't even sleep because of the bad smell, it was as if the sink was letting out all of this bad smell. i even put a towel over the sink to stop the smell. this was a nightmare. i could see stains on the bed sheets too and the receptionist said it was normal

Clean room, comfy bed, pleasant stuff, great common area with multiple fun activities to choose from such as table tennis. Ok price for parking per day.

A bit far from the centre, but walkable.

Free parking was a huge bonus. Price was affordable, apartment was basic, but had everything we needed. Would choose same location again.

The man who greeted us at reception was really kind and friendly, great with our kids, I'm sorry I forget his name but thank you to him for a nice welcome! The other staff we spoke to were all friendly and helpful too. Our room was a good size for the five of us, basic but clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay. It was a good location for us, our of the city centre but easy to travel in and out, we had our car with us so not sure about public transport links. The parking was very convenient for us and great that it was free.

The beds were really hard and quite uncomfortable unfortunately.

The height of the lower bunk bed was low, it kept hitting my head, the edge of the bed peeled my skin, rooms were not clean enough

No coffee provided for the coffee machine. Decor is a bit mixed and somewhat dated. Room has no climate control, only a large window and fan. Noise heard from the corridor was rather loud, this affected sleep

Located in a less busy location with parking facilities. Room is just perfect for family. Hotel staff are friendly and hospitable. Beds are comfy.

Walls are paper thin, could hear guy snoring each night, was so loud I thought he was in our room!Plumbing - foul taste from water, pipes smelly. Construction work / digging during day entire stay.Part of hotel looks to be a residential. Car parking ok but poorly lit.

Decent place to stay with free parking, even for big cars .

The room was uncomfortably cold, and it did not get warmer during our stay. It was cold even in the lobby.
