Clean, modern, small but well designed room. Appreciate having the kitchenette and Nespresso. Pleasant view. Good pricing.

The only suggestion would be to empty the garbage more frequently as I used the room to eat some meals. Cleaning pads and dishtowels would also be a plus. Ideally a small sink in the kitchenette. Had to use the one in the bathroom, which was fine.

It is surrounded by nature, opposite the Omnivers Museum. Very relaxed and quiet area.

The place was way too expensive — for the same price, you could easily get a hotel with a 24/7 reception. It might be fine for a long-term stay, but for a short stay, I wouldn’t recommend it. The towels had stains, and the TV remote was very dirty and dusty. For that price, I definitely wouldn’t recommend it.They also charge a deposit, which is ridiculous, and I still haven’t received my €250 back even after three working days. On top of that, they kept sending messages with conflicting information.Overall, if you’re looking to relax and have a calm holiday, I wouldn’t recommend this place — they disturb you a lot and hold onto your money.

The laundry room didn't have enough machines. They were always busy.

- The place was bigger than expected, which we appreciated. Basically, it's two sleeping rooms and quite a lot of space for the kitchen. It was very convenient to have a lot of space.- Very simple to check in, the hosts were very clear and precise, and helpful.

Good sized room with self catering facilities, nice bathroom with large separate shower and bath. Good communal facilities. Good location for us visiting family.

It was a bit dusty in places. The large room and tiled floor meant is was a bit cold sometimes. Air conditioning heating not very effective.

Very convenient location for my purpose, but maybe far for city center. However. Public transportation is amazing and at walking distance. Easy access even out of hours, clean.

Because it is not in the city center it was a little more affordable. But, the location is close to public transportation which makes it easy to get around town. The room was clean and met our needs. The staff was helpful to answer questions about getting around, apps to use, etc.

I did book a non-refundable rate, but I was disappointed that when I needed to adjust my 5 day stay to check in one day later, and they would not refund me one night's stay.

Payment for the hotel must be made via the link in the letter. You also need to leave a deposit of 250 euros. It all looked suspicious, but in fact everything went well and the deposit was returned promptly.

The apartment itself is reasonably good. We had it as a replacement and it looked nice, almost the same level as the one we originally booked. Location is acceptable as well, you can easily get there by a single bus or tram ?

Managers literally tried to scam us and the dispute is still ongoing. Never (I mean it) pay them outside of Booking.com (which they'll try to force you). I hope such hotels would get delisted from the service ?

The room was very good. The bed was comfortable. The location was excellent. We liked the concept of the hotel/ apartment and that suited our needs perfectly. We chose this hotel because of the option to bring our dog. That was a real plus. The wall painting behind the bed was lovely.

A cloth to wipe surfaces and another to dry plates and cutlery would have been useful. The shower was a bit compact. The booking system was very complicated and I suspected a scam. There were no specifics about when amounts had to be paid and important information was hidden in very small print - perhaps that was just the Booking.Com site.

Well, welcoming staff who are very engaging, accommodating, and helpful should you need any information. This place was well equipped for my family to stay very comfortable. I would recommend highly this place accordingly.
