Easy check-in and door access through phone. Good location

Noisy building, room too small for double bed, layout not great. Kettle lead not long enough. Had to move table. Too expensive for what it is.

Location is s great. Nice and quiet area, but close enough to the beach.The room was clean and neat and I was very happy to see the bathroom has a bathtub.The staff were really friendly and helpful.

It was one of the hottest days ever and the room is on the top floor. It was really warm. The fan didn't really help, so it was a sticky night.I mini fridge would've been nice.

Hotel well located,15 min walk from the beach and the animated life of Scheveningen. the entry is made with codes through phone app. Maike is very responsive.

It can be challenging to park around, and the parking is NOT included. It costs around 24€ the night, through a one-day ticket that can be purchased through the hotel. This is not mentioned in the description. Equipments like kettle and hair-dryer are a bit old and working slow, could be replaced for a better standard.

Perfect and central location in a quiet area.The room was spacious and well furnished and adapted for a family of 5.Cleanliness +++. The personnel was helpful.

Small room and no breakfast. Very expensive for what you get. For over a hundred euros I d expect a bit more. Also no decent coffee.

The room was spacious and beds were very comfortable. House keeping very friendly. I love the fact that, there was a balcony. Very clean rooms.

The fact that the hotel couldn't provide breakfast, the hotel management couldn't have provided plates, spoons or even a small fridge and microwave. Due to the fact that these beautiful rooms are for family use. The water boiler was rusted. We couldn't use it. Apart from these little problems, everything about the hotel is on point.

The family room is big with Terrasse and the hotel location is perfekt near from the beach and every thing.

The room's key is on the mobile phone to open the front door of the hotel and the room. I hope that the room's key is a card. Because it is more comfortable and you do not have to watch out your stuff during swimming on the beach because it has your cell phone!!!

The property was clean and very close to the beach. Lovely shops and cafes close to the property.

the housekeeper was honestly the nicest woman I have met. She went out of her way to accomodate my needs and was extremely helpful and friendly, despite not speaking good english.

Very clean, great location (easy access to public transport, clise to the beach, in a quiet side street).

Not the fault of the staff, but some other guests were a nuisance, like shouting and arguing on the stairs after midnight - and another couple at around 3am... due to poor sound isolation, you are forced to listen to it all... earplugs were no help at all.

The localisation is great and the room is beautiful, clean, comfy. Maybe it would be a problem if we didn't had battery on the phone, because we have an online key.

It's not sound proof, so we had a problem with the people staying in the upper floor. We could sleep until 4am because of the noise.That was really inconvenient because we're travelling with kids and we had an important meeting the next day.
