Location is unbeatable. But the cleanliness outperformed better qualified hotels. The breakfast was great. And the staff is very kind.

Not at all. Everything was just fine. The only thing but is not responsibility of the hotel is that works that are making in front of the entrance which makes you walk a little more than expected but that will be sol ed as soon as the city finishes it.

Amazing location. Fab breakfast. Staff were so nice. Free coffee and juices in the lounge all day. Will definitely be coming back

Nice location, good stuff, Elena was very good and kind with us, we stayed here second time , very polite and helpful, and Anastasia made us nice upgrade .

Breakfast was sublime. Location is very central yet quiet. Hotel is on the 9th floor and upwards, so nice cityview is included. Room (Studio with king-size bed) was very spacious.

The room was supper functional yet missed a bit of character.

Had difficulty shower tap turning off and on. Waste paper basket broken. Oddly placed tv set which had a beautiful picture!

Simple and nice. The breakfast area is a bit too small. No tables available in busy hours. No cleaning tables when people leave.

I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds per room. At the arrival we were informed that in 1 room 2 beds just simply wont be there. We were with 4 people. So 1 person got a matras on the wheels. This was not handled nicely. There was no upgrade or any changes on the total paid amount. The one bed room was also a smaller room than what i booked and other 2 persons could enjoy.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff are very friendly, and the room was comfortable with a lovely view.

I didn’t find the pillow comfortable. It’s very soft and doesn’t hold its shape well when you lie on it, which makes it uncomfortable.

Clean, well designed and fully equipped room.Good location 5-10min from Central Station and Mauritshuis.

Breakfast selection was a little boring. But at least, it was included in the rate and didn't cost extra.

Loved the absolutely fantastic location and facilities like the laundry room, and the daily complimentary breakfast. The views from all the rooms should be really good, in the higher floors. The Moxy restaurant at the ground floor level has a really nice vibe which one can enjoy as a guest of Residence Inn.

The daily breakfast can get really boring if you stay for long periods of time like 1 week or more. It would be great to have more variety from day to day. Usually only one hot dish gets swapped.

The location and the size of the room are perfect.

1st time.e I've been asked for and additional 10 euros because we arrived an 1.5 hours before the check in time. Although the room was ready, the receptionist wanted more money. We've stayed at numerous Marriotts before and many other places but have never been asked for more money because we arrived a bit earlier. Not a good 1st impression.

Location is great, although when the window is opened, there is a lot of noise due to central location and proximity of the train station. Otherwise, windows have good sound proofing.

Breakfast area has very small seating area, which is very inconvenient when you're in for business, and don't have time in the morning before work to haul the breakfast in the room.

Overpaid by parking due to outdated information provided by the hotel. Pillows were dirty with a black mold-like substance. No apologies by management, only weak excuses. Breakfast also disappointing and way too crowded.

What a beautiful and bright accommodation! We loved the lounge area and enjoyed breakfast. The staff was very kind. The location was great; very close to beautiful green space as well as central train station.

Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice and helpful, the room was spacey, very very comfortable bed, our favorite so far. Bathroom was also spaceous. The view was pretty too. When we stayed it was quiet as well.

During breakfast the selection of vegetables could have been greater. There were limited number of cutlery (2 forks, 2 knives, etc) in the room. The bathroom started to have a seawer smell after 3 days, we didn't bother the staff with it.

Monitors in the room flashing throughout the night that really interrupted sleep. A pity.There was a smell from the shower drain which may be a health and safety issue so felt we should leave the window open. However it was a very windy night so the noise on the 18th floor made sleep difficult/ impossible.
