Pros +

Great location and closed to several tram stops. We could drop off our bags before check-in time, which was great. The room has a mini fridge and coffeemaker.
It has great location. Everything is in a walking distance, and with a lot of cafs around it. We stayed for only 1 night, and it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the rooms had space enough and it was really easy to access.

Cons -

Somehow, missed the fact that there is a bar underneath the building. It might disturb light sleepers.
There was a lot of noise during the night. There is a bar next to the apartment and even with the windows closed you could hear everything, the music and the people screaming, until around 5am.
