Pros +
- It's a lovely super clean hotel with a large room downstairs with a coffee machine, teas, and cutlery, tables and chairs, so you can have some coffee/tea and bring food and have it there. Staff at the reception desk are extremely pleasant and helpful, especially the gentleman who was there the night I arrived. The only problem was that in my room (401 single room) there is a constant hum/buzz which meant I could not sleep (and I had a research event to attend the following day). I ended up going to the reception at 6am to ask for earplugs, as I forgot to bring my own. This issue probably should be addressed by the hotel. The room was also teeny tiny, you couldn't swing a cat in there, but I only stayed two nights so didn't mind that.

- The location of the hotel, the friendly staff, and how clean it was.
Cons -
- Breakfast was served at group times, and every day I joined it around 9 AM. Not bad considering jet lag and the fact I was on vacation! By 9 AM many options like yogurt, juice, cake, quiche, eggs were no longer available. The same options offered earlier in the morning should have been served to guests who joined in later on. My rate included breakfast and I felt shortchanged by having leftovers and not having the same options as the group before me
- Just room is small, so is good for short stay, the rest was very good, Appreciate!
- Not much. Will defenitely use it again on my next trip to that area

Great location, very easy access to city centre ( tram stops in front of hotel). Room was small but very clean and bed was comfortable

Its worth the price. In front of Tram. Convenient key cards. Best and helpful staff
Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and mainly green :). Free coffee, tea and snacks were a very good welcome. Location is good, close to tram stop and not too far from city centre by walking. Recommend and would stay again.
Just room is small, so is good for short stay, the rest was very good, Appreciate!
Clean, good aircondition, great coffee (free between 0700-2200). Very easy checkin/checkout (digital).
Not much. Will defenitely use it again on my next trip to that area
Location is great and easy access near team station. Breakfast was decent.
The single beds are too narrow and unstable. The finicky accessories outside the room make this more of a 2 star hotel and therefore should be more affordable.
Room 106. Space, design, and hyguene and staff all great
Good location and great value for the money.
The room was TINY, more like a walk-in closet than a room. It was hard to tell the size of the room by the pictures on the app.
Clean, friendly, good breakfast, across from TRAM.
20 minutes walk to center. But itnis a very nice walk
Everything was great. The bed and the size of the room. Cleanliness is top notch. The staff are all warm/nice.
Great staff, very good coffee in the lobby. Free of charge! Very comfortable beds. Rooms ok for 1 person. Might be tight for 2 persons but I would still go back to this hotel.
Nothing!
The free coffee and tea was nice, and there was even little pastries to accompany them. I liked being able to have a single room, and the location was ideal if you want to go to the center or even just take the tram to the beach. The staff was very helpful and the check-out time isn't too early (which helps when you had a late night haha). The book on The Hague in the room was also a nice touch and helped me figure out what I'd do during my stay.
Next to number 17 tram stop and only 15 minutes walk from the centre. The hotel prides itself on being environmentally friendly.Easy access to the car park.
Really good breakfast, super quiet and clean, easy accessible from city center and train station
If you are taller, the barthroom is a bit cramped
The location was amazing anf the room was perfect, had everything I needed and was clean. Especially loved the bonus of being able to get a small kettle int he room
Wish there were more outlets/plus in the room
It’s easy access to the tram and all the staff are so friendly and accommodating.
There is a small issue about the funny smells of the toilet when we first using it. And the following day still the smellls not gone. But when i told them about the issue they responded it professionally.
The bed was very comfortable, the room was nice and spacious with a good shower room. We liked the convenience of using your phone for all the doors and lifts. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always available. The location was great, the No 17 tram stops right outside and takes you directly to the central train station. The local area was lovely with lots of nice cafes and reastaurants and a great street market nearby on Sundays. We hired bikes from the hotel and they were in good condition and good value with easy locks and gears.
Our only complaint was the breakfasts which we found too expensive and not very inviting so we gave them a miss and had breakfast in local cafes
Friendly, straightforward, Green, great breakfast, clean, quiet even though it is facing the road, free coffee and herb / green tea.
No normal tea / English tea.
