Very quiet hotel, the rooms are spacious and the lobby and rooms clean. The staff is great.

The fan/AC didn?t work well and had a sulfuric and sewage smell to it. Thankfully, the windows opened and it wasn?t too hot. Had I been there longer than one night, it would have been an issue. Showers are tight and water leaks.

Service was on point! Very friendly and accommodating. Room was ready on early arrival. Very pleased!

We liked everything about the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location is perfect, central but quiet. The interior of the bedrooms and bathrooms is beautiful. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. We had a lovely surprise on arrival when the ladies in our group were greeted with a red rose to celebrate Intl Womens' day. Breakfast was excellent, great choice of food, very fresh and beautifully presented.

Airy and spacey hotel with well-designed and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms are even fitted with weighing scale! Shoe polish machine on every floor. Roomy reading/relaxing lounge. Fantastic location.

It was all good until my last day.

We checked out and the group was in the lobby waiting for pick up. So as Muslims, we decided to say our prayer and while at it, the manager or so approached us and was asking what we were doing and because we were praying, we could not respond to her. She kept disturbing our prayer and finally said 'we are RUDE people'.As an international brand / hotel, If staff are trained and educated on the different religions, such an incident will be avoided in the future.

1) The location of the hotel is gorgeous. 2) Rooms are spacious for me it is very important. 3) for the chocolate lovers there is a chocolate hour when you can try movenpick chocolates!

1) The hotel doesn't except the cash. Sometimes it is inconvenient for travellers, but this is a feature of Holland not only this hotel - in many places, payment is only by card. 2) The noise of the ventilation system, not loud but annoying when you go to bed. 3) a poorly designed shower system, ther is no door to the shower cabin and when you take a shower, the bathroom floor becomes very wet and one towel is not enough to get rid of the water afterwards...

Great location close to the city centre. The room was modern, large, and comfortable. Breakfast was great.

The photos in booking com are a little bit misleading: we booked executive long room, and 2 out of 4 photos featured the view of the old church in front of the hotel, whereas our room was on the other side of the building with a spectacular view to nothing ?

Extensive breakfast. There were even various types of fish and a fridge with cups of fresh fruit and dairy products !Top location Quiet neighborhood, spacious rooms and tastefully decorated.The best location to stay in The Hague and close to attractions and shopping area.

Hotel is very clean, quiet and very well located. I really liked the design, how spacious rooms are and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will be definitely coming back!

The location is great, very close to everything and it was very clean and modern. We booked a room with a balcony and king sized bed which was nice and comfortable. There were also lots of nice toiletries in the bathroom. Overall a very nice stay and the staff were helpful and friendly

There were some small touches missing, no wine bottle opener available, it was difficult to arrange to get laundry done and there were only two small milk capsules so we could only have two cups of coffee before having to request more and not very many teabags.

Receptionist Amanda should never work in any customer facing position. If you made a mistake own up to it, don’t lie to my face providing excuses that are insult to intelligence of everyone involved in the conversation. We felt “extremely welcome” when after short trip to the seaside in the morning, we discovered that we were kicked out of the hotel. Amanda instead of apologising decided that been arrogant and playing stupid is the way to resolve that.

Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. We thought it was too expensive for what we would’ve wanted.

Wi-fi rubbish. Seldom worked on 4th floor. Hotel system down so couldn’t pay the bill by card and cash not acceptable. Had to pay on line later.
