Residence Hotel

The Breakfast was great. The location was within walking distance of what we came to see and do

No air-conditioning the room got a little stuffy so we opened the window but then you could hear all of the outside noises

Kristina at front office & also as restaurant manager. My Initial checking with someone else, not Kristina was bad. I got a room (#310) which has windows facing a pile of DIRT! Kristina changed us to room #309 which was very nice for a 4 days stay!!

The hotel is clean, room is spacious and bright.Breakfast is great, location is awesome, right in the center of Vaduz.

The location could not be more central. Very good breakfast. Comfortable beds and very spacious room.

15chf per day for parking is hard... There were some cut nails on the floor in our room that were not ours :(

first night was in room at back of hotel. now view and not nearly as nice as a room at the front. was moved on the second day so happy with that.

The hotel is central and facilities are decent. The rooms are a bit dated but large and clean. The breakfast is decent.

The bed is not the most comfortable and the duvets are child size. The breakfast has very little hot food options. The worst experience is at the restaurant for dinner. Where the main server is outright rude to non-German speaking guests (slams the bowl of bread and scowls when asked for butter). Overall very poor value for the price.

The country doesn't allow aircon in hotels but they don't tell you that till you check in...also the hotel is on a pedestrian only street and they don't tell you that which is a pain to figure out where to part just to check in

The hotel was in an excellent central location on the pedestrian area in Vaduz. The breakfast was very good with plenty choice and all staff were Fri and helpful. The breakfast room and restaurant were very nicely furnished.

Although we booked a standard room we were a little disappointed that we had no view at all from the window which looked straight into a tree-covered cliff face and had very little natural daylight. Having said that we enjoyed the rest of the hotel very much.

Amazing location directly in heart of Vaduz, great breakfast, very nice and kind people. Nice and spacey room. Very good place to visit If you traveling to Vaduz.

Stylish and spacious room & bathroom in an excellent location

Restaurant & bistro closed Mondays & Tuesdays, meant we had to go out to eat. Room would have benefited from air conditioning, we needed to leave the provided fan on all night

The hotel is right in the center of Vaduz. It is not new, but very well maintained and spottless clean.

There is no air conditioning for the summer and this makes it quite hot in the rooms. Especially given the price for the hotel

The hotel was very modern, quiet and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, right on a main street of restaurants, shopping and museums with ample garage parking. There was a large variety of foods offered at the breakfast buffet, and a 24/7 coffee, tea and juice bar. The dinner we had the hotel's Bistro was excellent.

Very central, views of the Alps and old town Main Street. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

My credit card was charged incorrectly for another room twice! One was reversed immediately, the other I am still waiting on.

Excellent breakfast, quiet rooms, indoor garage.

No real gym or sauna or mini spa. Some armchair or small sofa in the rooms would help.

The staff is very friendly. The parking garage was a little hard to find but extremely convenient as it took you right to the door to get the elevator to check in. No getting wet if it's raining. I left some things in the safe by mistake, and they were quick to retrieve them and hold them for us safely. We were able to open the room's window, so the temperature was nice as we slept. Oh, the shower in our room was really cool! There is an opaque glass between the shower and the room. It's nice for couples!

It's a little pricey, but so is everything in Lichtenstein.
