We had a beautiful view of the castle. Breakfast was nice and the self check in and out was simple to follow.
This hotel was absolutely lovely - would stay here again in a heartbeat! Located in Vaduz, but about a 10-15 walk from city center, which made this location a bit calmer and quiet, which I personally enjoyed. Very short walk from the Alte Rheinbrucke, which you can walk across into Switzerland. Hotel itself was beautiful, room was so cozy, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a hotel!
N/a - I loved it all!
The location, stuff and the Building cleanliness.
Every thing
Great staff, amenities, and location! Very clean and cozy with free parking.
Nothing- it was a great stay!
Location was very convenient for walking I to Vaduz, parking was free and straight forward. Check in was simple and everything felt very relaxing
Breakfast felt limited as not all the items on the public menu were on the hotel room breakfast list
Room was quiet.
This just wasn't my kind of hotel. You check in with a tablet so no one is there. Thankfully, I didn't need anything. The room is fine albeit basic. No air conditioning was a huge bummer because it was so hot. And you can't open the windows because of the mosquitoes. Granted there is a ceiling fan. But can't they get screens for at least one window? If you need extra towels, soap , they direct you to the supply closet in the basement. I didn't find the breakfast staff to be very welcoming and the portions were more like a "tasting" size. I just found it shocking that they charge what they do and there isn't a staff member anywhere (except for the unfriendly ones at breakfast).
It was a 5 minute walk to the Rhine River, and a 15 minute walk to the center of Vaduz. The room was nice and the balcony lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Could see the castle from our room, breakfast was good.
Modern and functional with many amenities and beautiful shared spaces. Amazing breakfast and friendly employees.
The breakfast was excellent, all foods were of top quality and very fresh. The ginger-lemon " shots" were a bonus! The breads were the best on our 3 week trip! I wish the coffee could be self- serve....I feel bad troubling the staff for a second cup!
Not much to improve upon ! We loved the planet-saving attitude of the whole place, especially the simple soap.Again,I wished for self- serve coffee, but that's a small thing....the tea service in the guest lounge would be nice to have all day.
This was a lovely property with a wonderful staff. The Coffee Haus was a very pleasant surprise with the wonderful breakfast included and their coffee was the best we had during our 3-week vacation. Also, the Honesty Bar was a very nice touch - I hope it works well to continue. The views towards City Center were amazing! I have already recommended it to others who will be visiting Vaduz!
Nothing!
Hotel is well located, just a 10-minute walk to Vaduz's main street and key attractions. Parking is free and easy, which was convenient. The attached café is charming, and the included breakfast was decent with a good selection to start the day.
The overall experience felt impersonal and underwhelming. There was no staff anywhere in the hotel (check-in and check-out are done via a screen) and I didn't see a single person during the stay. This lack of presence made the hotel feel cold, eerily empty, and at times, unsettling. For a place like Vaduz (not exactly bustling with tourism) a warm welcome or just a single person available to answer questions would go a long way.The room itself was extremely bare (ie. strangely, the double bed had only one pillow which felt unnecessarily stingy). The hotel is located right on a busy road with constant traffic noise, and without staff to request a quieter room, it made for a poor night's sleep. There were also flies throughout the property (including at breakfast). At over $200 per night, we expected more in terms of comfort, hospitality, and basic service. The location is great but overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations.
The breakfast was excellent and the room was great including the balcony.
We did not line that there is no air conditioning. We left the window open and we both woke up with bites on our bodies. They were very itchy. Not sure what bit us several times. Perhaps put a notice in the rooms about the possibility of being bitten if the window is left open.
Very clean and centrally located (right on the Liechtenstein trail!) breakfast was fantastic and the check in/out process was very easy
Very clean and nicely decorated hotel. The view off the balcony of the castle & church was extra special. Although this is not right it town, it's easy to get to. We took the bus from Sargans & if you get off at the Vaduz-Spital stop, it's only a 5 minute walk. If you walk out the hotel and take a right there is a trail on the right that takes you right to town too (off the busy street). This seems to be more of a "locals" path with dog walkers and a few bikes. The breakfast was the best we had a on our trip! So yummy and many choices.
Hotel was great--the town didn't have much to offer.
The bed was comfortable.
The lack of facilities and staff for support. There wasn’t adequate lighting in the room. The room was too warm and needed window screens and air conditioning. We needed a top sheet for the bed, it was far too hot for the duvet. There were no wash/face cloths, the bathroom soap smelled awful and was very drying. There were no other toiletries like, face soap, hair conditioner, or shower cap. The road noise was terrible. I booked a room with a castle view and instead had a view of a main road. The breakfast we received wasn’t what we ordered.
Great Location just a few minutes walk to downtown. Plenty of parking on site. Room was clean, very modern and the balcony had a great view. Good breakfast too
What is there not to like about this property? Firstly, the location was perfectly situated outside of city center. The details of the room were so aesthetically pleasing and the breakfast concept is brilliant.
