Breakfast didn't have fresh fruit, our room and bathroom was very small, there was no hairdryer.

Check in was done well and the young gentleman was very professional. Rooms are decent sized and have everything you need for a short stay. The TV is small as a laptop, but we haven't had an issue with it as we don't watch tv. Walls are a bit too thin and you hear a lot from outside and from the bar/restaurant downstairs, if on the 1st floor like us.

The worst part for us was the check out. The gentleman that was "doing" it obviously by accident found himself in this industry as he is both unprofessional and impolite, or perhaps he just doesn't like Asians (my spouse) or foreigners in general. Anyhow, he would not be working in my hotel for more than a minute with that attitude.Breakfast was the same both mornings, even though they told us they change each day. Definitely not for vegetarians, as they have no veggies at all. Only cucumbers and tomatoes, everything else is dry meat and cheese. No cooked type meals either.Only scrambled eggs both days, which we didn't appreciate too much.

Location in the middle of the town was perfect. Breakfast was very good. Room was clear with fridge, kettle and air condition. Hotel staff is nice and friendly.

Great location and very friendly staff. During our stay, I needed to find a pharmacy in the evening, and the staff were incredibly helpful – they found one that was open, helped me get there, and even made sure I could buy what I needed. Thank you so much!

Room prices are reasonable compared to other hotels in Europe in general.

The checkout is at 10 am During 25 years, I have traveled to many cities around the world and stayed in perhaps hundreds or thousands of hotels, and the check-out time is after 12:00 noon or 1:00 pm, but in this one hotel, the hotel employee comes at 10:00 am, knocks on the room door, and asks you to leave.

We were in an attic room which had no vent in the bathroom and a tiny window, the sheets and bedding was covered in hairs and some black marks which wasnt great. Shower also wasn't that hot which was annoying.

Location is really like 3 minutes walking into main square. Quiet area, nothing disturbing you from outside. Calm area. Friendly staff at reception. Nothing significant to point out. Breakfast into room rate.

This is a lovely hotel, very thoughtfully decorated. I particularly liked the snakes and fish in the lounge. Yes, they were in vivariums... no worries!

Conveniently located and the staff were top notch. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view of the castle from the room was a big pleasant bonus. The chef in particular accommodated our 3 vegan guests with options at dinner and breakfast on no notice from us, and with a professional and extremely pleasant attitude. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

- Breakfast selection was poor. - The shower leaked on the bottom, so you had to soak it up with a towel.

The staf was very nice. It was clean in the room and bathroom. It is possible to check in late. The breakfast was tasty. The parking space was a little a struggle because it was full when we arrived around 11 pm but we found a place near by.

Hotel rooms need renewal, plenty of broken things, used furniture, it's equipment is very basic.

The recepcjonist was very nice .

The durty walls, stench in bathroom, very small and muggy room. The breakfast was tasteless and also mess was on the tables.

The polish party late at night, the breakfast or lake of it, open window with no bug screen so there was life in the room, separated beds, carpet on the floor, missing light bulbs, no fan in the toilet, very little toilet paper, electric buss the hole time driving us crazy
