Wonderful staff, clean facility, and great location.

We loved everything about 23 Boutique Hotel. It was meticulously cleaned, very quiet and comfortable. Coffee was available 24/7. The staff graciously went out of their way to accommodate us. Best of all was the location. It is a very short walk to the bus station and all of the action in Valleta. Just minutes from Grand Harbor and many points of interest. Be sure to sample the delicious pistachio croissants and coffees just around the corner from the hotel.

An excellent Boutique Hotel with impressive offer. I really appreciated how the place is thought and designed, all services were great, including the communications via Booking.com and email after the initial booking. Personnel was very helpful, and facilities were all excellent. Thank you

The staff are very friendly. The hotel is very carefully designed so that it feels like home. You have everything you need for a cosy and comfortable stay. Location is great as well! Walking distance to Valleta city, ferry and bus stations.

Everything was perfect. Very beautiful decor. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly. Prior to our arrival the hotel sent us a travel guide, which was very useful.

The travel guide the hotel provided, even though helpful, had many hotel rules which could feel a bit intimidating

Beautifully run small hotel, by Ryan. He is attentive, communicates well, and provides lots of information to make your visit to Malta the best. he sends info before hand to help you plan your trip. Beautiful property, very modern, in a historic building. the Sicilian bakery around the corner is a treat.

Room was as advertised. small high window to courtyard. I wouldn't want to spend much time in this room (it was dark), but great if you are out all day. I stayed in Valleta at another hotel, and I prefer to be "in" the city, but this is a nice quiet location 10 minute walk from the main gate.

The facilities were very good, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean.

The bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The hotel might want to invest in better mattress. While the room was very spacious, the bed could have been a but bigger to comfortably accommodate two people. We happened to have the room with a view to the internal courtyard. While the description of the room depicts this, we didn’t imagine the room would be this gloomy. No natural light could get in as you need to close the shutters for privacy.

The staff is nice and attentive, we had a spacious room with a balcony and a huge bathroom with both bath and shower and dual sink, great location 10 minutes' walk from the entrance of Valetta and the bus terminal. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast not included but can be pre ordered, they also have a rooftop open until 6pm and drinks can also be pre ordered at reception

The staff was nice and attentive, always ready to help. The location is fine, Valletta is easily reachable within a 10-minute walk. The room was modern and comfortable, though quite minimalistic, especially the bathroom.

One big downside was the poor soundproofing—we could hear noise from neighboring rooms, upstairs guests, and even construction work from the street. It did affect the overall comfort a lot.

The hotel was very comfortable, beautifully designed and decorated, extremely clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay very enjoyable. The location was OK but as a single traveller I wasn't comfortable walking from the oild town / city centre at night. During the day was fine. Convenient for the passenger ferry.

Had an amazing time at this hotel. Ryan and the rest of the staff were very attentive, the location was slightly out of the centre but much quieter and close to bus stops/shops, and the facilities, cleanliness and design of the hotel were perfect. We were very impressed and would love to come back again!

Beautifully decorated hotel with comfortable rooms. Location was great to explore the area and is a short walk to the old part of Valletta. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice common areas to relax in and roof terrace to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine. Nice coffee shop with delicious coffee and pastries across from the hotel.

The hosts were welcoming and the rooms are nicely decorated. It is really close to Valetta city center

We really enjoyed this hotel! It has a great location—close to the airport, and you can reach Valletta in just a ten-minute walk. The hotel was clean, and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived on my birthday, and they left a surprise—that was very lovely! Thank you very much, highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely friendly staff, a cozy hotel and not far away from the city center. The rooftop is definitely the highlight with an awesome view.Highly recommended
