Lagrange Apart’Hotel Paris-Boulogne

I chose it for location, near La Seine Musicale (walkable)

Abence of A/C was esp noticeable during heat wave

Location for my trip objective was good

It was not cleaned well, Air conditioning was not working.

Location, kitchen in room

First room was gross, stained carpets, mold. Managers smoking in doorway, drafting into breakfast room.

Nice location and staff

In the pictures the room has wooden floors, but in reality there was a fitted carpet

The room was clean, staff was friendly and the location was perfect for the purpose of our visit!

Too noisy and too bright. The blinds don’t do the job

Overall, the hotel is good and worse its cost. There were some minor issues with cleanliness of the room. Good choice during breakfast.

location is perfect, close to a big grocery and metro station. price is reasonable and enough spacious.

many stains on the floor carpet, liquid soap was never refilled while my 4 nights stay.

The staff. Was very rude , misunderstanding and misinformation , the should have good communication In specifically in languages

Located in a residential area about 5 mins walk from nearest Metro stop. Generally quiet but some noise from the restaurant on the ground floor operated by others. Breakfast had a good selection on offer. Staff were generally responsive. 24 hour staffed desk which is becoming a rarity these days in this style of property.

Microwave in room not working which was an irritation. Shower is quite small so not ideal for people over a certain size. Corridors desperately need refurbishing but thankfully investment has been kept up in the bedrooms.

The carpet in the room was rather old and dirty, but overall, a very good place

Guests are unable to access without a badge from the groundfloor. How would an elderly person manage his/her lugagge alone for example during checkout?

It is a peaceful place, I had a studio apartment with enough space to keep going back and forth without feeling constrained in one room and also near the line 9 metro.

I was in room 606, no one came to take out the trash for all the time I was there. I was out of Toilet paper and had to inform the reception for a refill. Although my colleague on 3rd floor said the trash was being emptied on a daily and they had plenty of toilet paper. I guess the person assigned on my floor was not serious.

Very convenient and comfortable for what I needed for a business trip

WiFi was patchy but that didn’t matter as I didn’t need it

2 min walk to metro, spacious area for a family to stay for a few days. Clean, secure and good neighborhood. Supermarket and restaurants 2 min walk.

Allowed early check in.

Reception on check out said couldn’t change the mistake in the invoice because it’s system generated. It showed I had breakfast even if I did not eg. on the day I checked in I definitely didn’t have the breakfast. Toilet so small no where to put towels except on sink getting them wet.

Despite being quite far away from downtown Paris the location is good to reach the subway. Apartment was clean and well organized.

The spoken English at reception desk was a bit too basic
