- Basic but ok. Nice area.
Cons -
- The room was a little outdated, as the windows were rusted and there were two whole tiles missing from the bath tub.

Location, staff and pricing
The rooms are a bit rundowns,
Location and price were right. Bed comfortable, room clean.
The room was SO small - could barely walk around the bed. Chips in tile, tub and base molding, needed paint, needed more hangers in the makeshift “closet”. Not a single picture on the blank walls. Elevator interior looked as if a bomb went off inside.
some feedback about my stay, as the experience did not match the price or the rating of the hotel:The furniture in the room is very old and does not give the impression of a hotel in this price range. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the room that took time to get used to.The heater was extremely strong and the room was too hot. When I asked to lower it, I was initially told it was not possible because it is central. Only after insisting was it turned off briefly. The key system is outdated. Guests are asked to leave their keys at reception when going out, which does not feel very secure or convenient. In my opinion, the quality offered corresponds more to a hotel in the range of 50–80 euros per night, not the current rate I paid.
the smell and the price
Location was fine. The Boulogne Billancourt area of Paris is quite nice. Easy access to the centre from Marcel Semblat Metro. Nice independant shops - butchers, bakers, wine merchants.
Room was very tired. Woodchip painted walls, threadbare carpets, pod style shower/toilet, small double bed and noise from talkative neighbours as the room door didn't fit the frame well. Not worth €120 per night.
10 minute walk away from nearest metro station. Local shops nearby. There was a fan in the room.
Outdated, when checking in took 10 minutes to locate receptionist, even if we could hear them talking behind the door, was told our room number out loud with other customers behind us. Was advised everytime we left the room we have give the key back, found this a little uncomfortable. The lift is usable for 1 person, very small and outdated. Once in the room. Very hot, unable to control heating in the room. We had the bathroom door handle break off as we tried to open the door. The walls had clearly been broken before our stay as there was filler on the walls and evidence of trying to paint over the top. The shower was on full blast and still didn’t produce enough water to shower properly. Burn marks on the sink. As checking out, the person behind the counter did not acknowledge us and took our key And that was it. Overall would not recommend this hotel, unless it is for 1 night and quick visit.
I loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service and breakfast. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. I will recommend others for sure!

The proximity to my friends' houses.
Small room, and the bathroom, always the small weird bathroom!
The area is good
Very small room and bathroom like aeroplane..elevator do narrow.
Breakfast was very good. Staff is pleasant and helpful.
The rooms are very small. During this period it is very hot weather and we have one pedestal fan in the room. No ceiling fans and air conditioning that made stay very uncomfortable.
The staff is excellent, location is very good, close to train stations and buses.
No air conditioning system, no fan in the room.

All staff members I met was very kind and polite!! Cleanliness was as good as can be with wall to wall carpet. The bed was large and comfortable with very clean sheets. It was possible to open the window when it was very hot weather and the room temperature had gone up during the day. Location in walking distance from the concert venue La Seine Musicale was the main reason for the stay.
The window had no way of blocking at half-open position. The shower was too narrow and the shower head was fixed. The fan wasn't very effective in removing the moist after a shower thus was not helpful to decrease the room temperature either which could alleviated the heat. The sound insulation from the corridor was practically non-existant which became very obvious when a noisy guest arriving at 2:15 am had a very loud argument with a staff member outside my room which woke me up. Someone also slammed the door to the other room with so much force many times - it sounded like a series of explosions in the corridor - going on for maybe 10 to 15 minutes. Lost more than an hour of sleep due to this incident!
Tasty and fresh continental breakfast with a large baton of choices
Lift too claustrophobic
The Staff
Bathroom shower too small, shower curtain gets in the way.The breakfast was average
Pleasant staff. Very good breakfast. Good bed.
Noise from busy street
The hotel entrance was open 24 hours
The hotel is totally run down. The room was so small and everything was old with stains in the ceiling. The staircase was awful. The man at the desk on arrival was badly dressed and inefficient.
