Pros +
- I think there was bed bugs. I woke up with bed bug bites. I would love to be refunded for this because I had to throw out all my luggage, clothes, etc. It really put a damper on the trip.

Cons -
- The bed bugs, cleanliness. Staff was rude
- Dirty and smell of damp.
- The room was tiny. The heating wouldn't turn down. The sheets didn't fit the beds. Despite knowing that, at age 71, I can't do stairs very well (we stipulate a hotel with a lift) there was a surprise fire drill on Tuesday afternoon meaning that I had to walk down 7 flights of stairs. And no-one came to the room to check that we'd left anyway!

Location for my purpose was Ok. Room was Ok. The breakfast was not Ok. The staff behaviour was awful.
The staff behaviour was awful.
Very clean and comfortable
All good apart from Toilet seat not attached!
The location
The shower was very small and the beds were 2 singles pushed together
Clean, easy check in, nice breakfast
Walls were a bit thin
Super comfy location! Metro 2 minutes away, shops, cafes, mcdonalds, 1-5 minutes away. Very calm, clean neighborhood. Amazing staff, who sent us left behind jeans! Eloise one love
Windows in the room were old and letting too much cold inside, not sure I would stay in this place in winter. BUT! there were heaters, which we used to create an "air shield" between curtain and window, which kept room warm.

Strategic position, kind staff
Unfortunately staff doesn't speak english, my room was in front of the elevator and it was a lil bit noisy
This hotel is so close to the Marcel Sembat station! Many food options within a 1-2 block radius.
Room and hotel a bit Spartan but perfectly acceptable.
Location
Poorly maintained, door broken, curtains broken, no hot water no water pressure…
Super close to Marcel Sembat station, lot of grocery stores, fast food places and restaurant in the area
3 floors are under renovation and it's visible accross the hotel, with construction materials lying in the lobby. Pipe soundproofing is non-existent as you can hear whenever someone flushes in your rinser
Let me be clear: I'm very English-working-class. I *rarely* ever complain, and it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. But this place should not be listed. The hotel demanded we pay the City tax - even after I showed receipts that we had already paid it!The receptionist seemed to believe I should claim this back from Booking.com - but either way there is a communication problem which shouldn't exist. The place is under construction - everything except the floor we were on.Room covered in dust. Stairways half built, with renovation going on continuously from before 08:00 esch morning. Tools everywhere. Rubbish and tools randomly left on the stairs. Boxes covering passageways. Rolled carpets having to be literally climbed over to exit the building...The lift is one of the tiny ones that wheelchairs don't fit into - should NOT be classed as wheelchair accessible. If you cannot stand, this hotel will not serve you, and I'm tired of hotels pretending to be what they are not. There's also a step and out-swinging door at the lobby, so if you are in a wheelchair you WILL need assistance to open it.Rooms are quite small - which, you get what you paid for, I suppose, but the walls are paper thin. We could hear the other guests across the corridor all night, and they us. None of us were particularly loud. The bathroom has no ventilation. Guess how well that goes in a small room after you use the shower? The beds move constantly on the floor. I'm not sure how anyone can fail to realise that having a mobile, lightweight bedframe on a wooden floor with no rug/material holders would be a bad idea...The location is fine. Near buses/metro (metro is also not wheelchair accessible). Plenty of food options and shopping. The staff were fine. Didn't have much to do with them, but was able to communicate when required. Folks with better French than mine I imagine will manage well enough...
Close to the hospital,Good facilities,Nice staff
Room was really clean.
I had to use an eletrical heater provided by the hotel becausethe room was very cool (the room had normal windows, not insulated glazing). The staff was friendly, but not all of them spoke English very well. There was hot water only for the bathtub, but I had to let it run for a few minutes.
Location to the event I was attempting
We arrived to a room that wasnt the cleanest, there were someones short hairs in the bath, the curtain was hanging off the rails and the TV didn't work .
Passable
No wifi.Curtain broken. No air condition (room super hot on summer).
see above comments otherwise ok for what I needed
the only thing was the fact that there was no plug in the wash basin in room 305 I tried to rectify this with staff but to no avail
Bad
Old, dirty, you can feel the springs in the bed, bad breakfast. Would be ok for 60-80 euros a night. A robbery at the 280 euros they charge.
