The location, is to far from the City sites, and in your page is sold as it is near the eiffel Tower, which is a lay.

Business trip only not family or couples.

The room are very spacious and the room service are so kind and pro !

My only issue was : the toilet had a problem but the technician fixed it but too bad they didnt check the room before. It was still a very nice experience, i recommand this hotel !

The location of this hotel is perfect for anyone travelling to watch football at PSG stadium. Fabulous suite, great breakfast.

propert was old and run down needed some maintenance and shower head kept falling down and bath stopper did not work

Staff at check in were very friendly and efficient - we arrived a bit early for check in but our room was ready and we were allowed to check in early which was great.The location was perfect for attending the rugby match we had come to see at Stade Jean-Bouin. The hotel was also very close to the metro for exploring other parts of Paris and there is also a bus stop right outside which we also used once. The room had tea and coffee making facilities which was great but note no black tea only herbal tea.

Getting into the bath to use the shower wasn’t easy - the bath is very high - so I was concerned about slipping - if you have any mobility issues I would advice requesting an accessible room - I am a fairly active 56 year old but only 164cm.There wasn’t any black / English breakfast tea in the room. You could hear the trains going past the hotel but this didn’t affect our stay.

A real issue using keycards in lifts.Had a premium room which was big but only had a large chair and small table in a large space and room only half carpeted and in my opinion was not a premium room

Not a bad restaurant

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The water was barely warm, the curtains had holes, and the door handles were falling off. I was placed next to the staff room, where constant door slamming made the walls shake.

Nice, clean rooms. Good breakfast. Staff very accommodating.

Shower over bath not easy to get in and out of as bath side quite wide. Would be a challenge for less mobile folk.

The service was so poor and condescending.The hotel is old and rustic and not true to photos. We were profiled and the entire experience was a wanting.

VERY VERY VERY bad reception staff, couldn’t understand a single thing that was said and communicate Esther with us or among themselves. They should absolutely be fired right away. Plus a 20-25€ breakfast like this is an absolute joke. Very disapointed

Location was excellent and just perfect. Room was not properly clean, dust everywhere. Sneezed the entire 5 nights. One of us slept on a single portable bed which was almost broken and we requested for a replacement. Even the replacement was not comfortable but we could not complain any further but got on with it. One staff among other staff at reception was not friendly and never made an effort to show her hospitality skills as trained for the job. While other staff went beyond to ensure we had all we needed. Their manager, demonstrated excellent leadership skills and ensured that we received what we needed. Staff never respected “Do not disturb sign”Replenishment of room supplies was limited to a point where we used Shampoo for showering as shower gel was not refilled. We had no tea bags and we brought our own tea bags and water for drinking. When all this was reported to the manager, she took immediate steps and we were grateful for addressing this matter.

Breakfast was real Average compared to other hotels who have buffet breakfast . It could be better .

Very beautiful hotel with great views of Montmatre when you go to the upper floors. Wonderful breakfast and close to the PSG stadium. Several restaurants in the area and ten minutes walk from a nice shopping mall. The best scrambled eggs ever.

A bit pricey.
