Very friendly people and very clean hotel! Very easy to reach Paris via the metro system. Also the acces by car is okay.

Small room, noisy air conditioning/ water running. However, we did not ask any questions to turn it off (in the defense of the hotel).

Location was excellent, room was clean and I enjoyed the staff

This is a nice 3 star hotel, walkable distance from the Marcel Sembat metro station. The reception is manned 24 x 7 and the staff are friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee and tea available always, which I felt was an excellent idea. There is a small elevator to take you up and the rooms are air-conditioned as well. We took 2 rooms here and stayed for 5 nights for tourism purposes and had no major complaints/issues whatsoever. Breakfast is available at Euro 15/- per person. We had breakfast from the hotel only once, and it was quite good. Housekeeping services are also quite adequate.

The rooms are quite small. So if you come in here with multiple pieces of luggage, unpacking can pose quite a challenge.

Very small room but the location for a soccer match was ideal. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great and their coffee was excellent. Tennis theme was also great.

The water pressure in the showers was adequate but not powerful enough to wash long hair successfully.

I liked that the hotel was accessible to the Parc des Princes and that all the amenities were nearby including the parks. The front desk and reception were really nice including the housekeeping staff. Super nice

The room assigned was really awkward in shape and I didnt have space to open the luggage without hitting the bed and the walls. The TV hanging on the wall and the location of the desk makes the edge of the TV a hazard.

i liked the cost of the room. I didn't have breakfast there. I liked that we could have a croissant and coffee. The staff, overall, was friendly.

I really think that the hallways need to be vacuumed and maybe the room at least once during my stay. Do we get 1 big towel or 2? I think I had 1 big towel the first night and then was given more (I had not asked). I had water the first night by my table, but it was never filled again. Not sure if that was part of the service. The stay was great overall. Thank you!

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. I like the staff and attention to detail in the room as well the breakfast buffet. It is good value for money in a very expensive city near a metro stop and plenty of facilities . I was upgraded to a room with bathtub no extra cost

Nothing serious. The room including bathroom is small by Canadian/ American standards but I knew this before booking. I would have appreciated a bar of soap ( prefer to liquid soap).a mini fridge or cooler and perhaps some plastic bottles of water

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was within walking distance of the even we were in Paris . The prices were very good, but the room itself was very small

Excellent staff and very helpful. I won't ask for anything more. I went to the PSG stadium tour with my son. It is a perfect location as it's only 10 minutes of walking distance.

It's hot at night and my room is facing the main street so opening the window means noice from cars and bikes racing through. Couldn't sleep.
