Staff was amazing.

The room was somehow small. There was no microwave.

Staff we're extremely nice and helpful, and made you feel very welcome from as soon as we walked in.

Beds are quite hard, and could have done with slightly thicker pillows.

Location ok

Full construction site with terrible noise. Good idea, though, as it is in dire need of refurbishment. Heating seems to be out of order as well.

Good base to explore Paris from outside the city centre. Trocadero by public transport is just 15-20 mins away (for example). Secure parking. Great value for money.

Out of the wayFor alarm at 2am meaning we had to evacuate onto the streetNo electricity the next morning meaning could not have breakfast or dry my hair. Electricity was out not most of the morning.

The room was clean and the towels were prefect - fluffy and smelled nice :) The bathroom looked like it was recently upgraded. The staff was very nice.

There were no slippers in the room and I missed this small detail. The tea/coffee and water supply in the room was not refilled every day.

This hotel is truly underrated! It’s exceptionally clean and peaceful, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I highly recommend staying here. I’d definitely come back if I visit Paris again!

Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and a great location close to the train station.

AC and telephone were not working, and unfortunately there was no hot water for two days, which made my stay quite uncomfortable. It was also difficult to get an Uber or Bolt, especially during peak hours.

First time I slept well in a hotel without needing to give out about mattress pillow or anything. The hotel is amazing. The staff, especially young guys and the lady, exceptionally helpful and professional. Thank you and I will definitely book again in the future. Great location. Quite. Staff amazing. Breakfast, not super many options but lots of places around to go to eat. Pricey also in my opinion for what was offered but otherwise, 10/10.

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of Metro and restaurants/ cafes. Chose the express breakfast (fresh juice, pastries, coffee) which hit the spot but the full spread looked decent. Room was spacious, with mini balcony offering a fresh breeze. Small gym and sauna available (though this wasn't ready for use during a pre booked time)

Everything was perfect. The neighborhood is really nice, calm it seems you are not so close to Paris. Metro station in 5 minutes line 10. Close to roland garros, parc des princes, etc. You have supermarkets, boulangeries and even some small restaurants and cafes. Recommended!

Excellent location for Roland Garros Tennis . A compact , cosy and clean hotel with very helpful staff who went above and beyond. Nice bathroom.

Gym was out of use due to renovations.

Perfect location for visiting Roland Garros. Great hotel room, lovely staff and walkable distance from the RG stadium and very nice and safe part of Paris.
