The location is close to the stadium for events.

The weather in Paris during my stay was 2C-5C and my heating system was not functioning. It was ice cold and the windows are very drafty. They had to come 2x to bring seperate space heaters which took several hours to warm up the room & crested very dry air. Early Saturday morning, loud drilling began at around 8am. They are renovating the hotel so if you’re in floors 1-6 you’re in a very old section of the hotel. Phone did not work so had to place an international all from my phone to contact reception which is locate in their main hotel outside and down the street. Extra blanket was used and contained several strands of blonde hair.

Comfortable, great parking facility and clean. Fit for purpose when travelling with family.

The sofa beds did the job but weren’t the best.

The location was good, close to bus and metro stations

In a Cold October the AC were not working

The breakfast was delicious! We loved the view of the city from our room, the location was great with many options for food and markets. The room was spacious and had a great bathroom.

The apartment was okish and looked dated. Kitchen was smelling. Pots and pans were dirty. The kettle was half filled and was kept on the top shelf. Overall the kitchen section needs improvement.

I recently stayed at the Appart Hotel Mercure Paris Boulogne during an official visit to Paris. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The location was convenient, just a short walk from my office and well-connected by public transportation. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming, making check-in and check-out smooth. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, which made my stay very comfortable. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, perfect for both work and relaxation. I would definitely consider staying here again for future visits and recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable stay near Paris.

Internet was bit slow but still manageable.

Facilities in the room, bathroom, quietness lication, exceptionally comgortable bed, ease of access, value for money.

The apartment we stayed with 2 bedrooms was big enough for a family of 5The breakfast buffet was excellent with so many different options to choose from. We used the train during our stay. It’s a 10 minutes walking distance.

The AC in the apartment is not working properly. At night it gets really hot and there’s no way to turn down the AC to get a decent temperature.

I liked everything, the staff was great, the room was clean, cleaning was done every day, the location was good.

It would be good if the frying pans in the apartments were updated. A welcome set of a sponge for washing dishes, a rag and 1 dishwasher tablet. It would be a good idea if they gave as many dishwasher tablets as there were nights booked. And it would be nice if all the apartments had sugar and salt, oil in the welcome sets.

The staff at the desk were nice, efficient and professional

Walking into the room I started sneezing straight away and I have an allergy to dust. Inspecting the bathroom there were stray hairs all over the place making me question the cleanliness of the entire room. The whole room is dated with markings on the walls, old furniture decor and utilities. The Nespresso machine pumped out hot water with also a hair in there as well… I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless you really need to.
