Pros +
- Everything was very clean, comfortable, with very nice staff. The vibe of the hotel was really nice with a sweet outdoor area for relaxing on night evenings. Very quiet street too!
- It was only a 5 to 10 minutes walk in either direction to the train station so we were able to commute into the core city without having to deal with all of the people and noise at night.
- The staff was super friendly and helpful. They let me store my trolley and some presents I bought prior to check-in. They also prepared an early breakfast as I had to leave early. The room is a bit on the smaller side, just like the elevator
Cons -
- The reviews said the breakfast was good, however the only hot food available was eggs which were microwaved and unfortunately, disgusting. They were old and dry on the 2 mornings I ate breakfast there. The rest of the breakfast was nice but not hot.
- For american tourist that overpack, the room is on the smaller end. Still good but it would be a tight squeeze with more than 2 full suitcases
- They indicated that they have parking and EV charging (I specifically used the parking and EV charge filters in Booking.com), and turns out there was only public parking. The public parking wasn’t too far but definitely not near the hotel. We would have preferred to stay with a hotel that has reserved parking for guests and thus filters should be use to scout properly

Very nice, small hotel in the safe area, close to metro station. Room was cosy and clean
Everything was fine
Nice welcome and pleasant reception area. Our room was on 1st floor with 'garden view' so very quiet. Although quite a small room it was very well arranged with lots of electric sockets, a convenient desk with a good light, hooks and hangers, comfortable bed - and all very clean. Good breakfast with a variety of teas, what appeared to be home-made jams (VG), cereal, bread, pastries, fruit, cheese, ham, salami, yoghurt etc. The breakfast area, which acts as a workspace during the day, looks on to a pretty courtyard, where it's nice to sit on a warm afternoon. We'd been given some cheese in Normandy, which the chap on reception was happy to keep in the fridge for us overnightThe location is brilliant - a few steps down a side road off the main street, which is full of shops and places to eat (though sadly, as in the rest of Paris, most of them are for fast food). It's only a few minutes' walk from Marcel Sembat station (Metro Line 9) and Boulogne-Billancourt's museums etc, and the bus stops are even closer.
The lift is the tiniest and slowest I've ever experienced in a hotel. It claims to take 3 people, but they'd need to be Size 0 catwalk models; 1 person and a wheeled case is about the realistic limit. If you can use the stairs, you'll always beat the lift! But it's a minor gripe - just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage.

Nice location.Very clean.Kind staff.
The curtains really do not block the light at all. It is very difficult to sleep with so much light coming in.
Not specialist stuff . So small bathroom. Cut payment 2 time 1 through Booking and second by credit card .
The rooms are simple but provide all the necessary amenities. The hotel is clean and has all the basics. It is very conveniently located close to the shops of Boulogne-Billancourt as well as a metro station.
The room design is a little bit dated and simple.
Boutique type of hotel tastefully decorated with fantastic hidden inner court/garden, very clean, comfy bed offering good sleep
A bit tight on space, so I wouldn't recommend this hotel for longer stay. Claustrophobic people can find this hotel a bit awkward ;)
Clean , quiet, helpful staff , convenient location
Liked everything
The location is within walking distance to Roland Garros. Metro line 10 is nearby if coming from CDG airport. There are lots of independent boutiques, Cafes & restaurants as you stroll around. Lovely safe feeling area. The hotel is on a quiet street, it’s fits in well with the location & all the staff are amazingly pleasant & helpful. The hotel is a tranquil space with a cute little courtyard to have a coffee and relax after a day sightseeing or to just start the day chilled. We stayed close by as our trip to Paris was to go to Roland Garros. We found fantastic restaurants all within walking distance in this area. This hotel is a gem.
If I have to be picky, then it would be the bathrooms are tiny which can be awkward getting in & out of bath/shower. But this is picky as the bathrooms are modern & spotless. The spiral staircase could be a bit off putting to anyone with mobility issues. There is a little lift should the stairs not be for you. In all honesty this is a lovely quirky little hotel that is kept very well with a modern relaxed vibe.
Fantastic and helpful staff. The entire hotel (andtherefore, rooms) is small but the space is wellmanaged. All facilities were present and working.Wi-Fi was not the fastest but it was very usableVery hospitable staff. 15-min away from PSGstadium by foot.Very satisfied.
Sound isolation. I could hear every door open andclose, as well as movements in the staircase.
Quiet location, some staff were friendly
Small.room, small desk, fridge didn't work properly, having to leave the key and asking for it, very slow lift, only a tiny ironing board

Location perfect. We went to watch Northampton play Stade Francais at Jean Bouin - a 15 minute walk away. Everything at the hotel was straightforward. Facilities were good, it was clean and the shower was excellent.
Clean hotel, well located near the metro. quiet area with many shops and supermarkets. 24h reception.
The double room is a bit small.

Great staff, very nice welcome, helpful throughout stay, really couldn't have asked for more. Breakfast was nice - muesli, fresh croissants, different types of bread, ham, cheese, salami, even smoked salmon, fresh fruit, selection of jams, yoghurts and fruit juices. Attractive breakfast room/workspace looking on to well arranged courtyard, which must be a very pleasant spot to sit in during the summer (not quite warm enough for us in the morning in mid-September, though!). The room was sunny (might get hot in summer perhaps), immaculately cleaned every day, plenty of space. Well arranged. Comfortable mattress and pillows.
The world's smallest and slowest lift! If you have a big bag, then there's just room for you and the bag. If there's no luggage then two slim people can fit in or, if you're feeling very friendly, you might squeeze in the maximum of three. But I found it easier and quicker to use the stairs to the 3rd floor.
