Excellent location

Elevator and room too small

Clean and comfortable. Fairly well located.

Female version of Basil Faulty trying to shepherd occupants of three different rooms onto one table for breakfast. If I want to sit on a table alone, that’s where I will sit. I don’t require a jumped up dictator to tell me merci beaucoup!

Room:- Cleanliness and comfortable bed- Good size of the room

Room:- Temperature was a little bit too low without any possibility of more warming up the room- There is no kettle in the room and non tea/coffee bags. Would have been better with.

Breakfast was very tasty, healthy and had a good amount of variety; the cleanliness of the hotel in general; the location of the hotel, has a everything you might need very close

Miscommunication of the staff relating to the reservation. Beds were two singles instead of one Queen sized. Was not possible to change at arrival, even though on the phone it was promised to be possible and no need to do it over the phone.

It was decent and was very clean . The food was also good.

The night manager was very rude to international travellers .More international food options

Good location for Roland Garros abd airports and easy to get around Paris from there

Very disappointed that we weren't advised that breakfast room out of action so we had to eat a meagre breakfast carried up in the tiny lift to our tiny bedroom sitting on the bed

Nearby to metro station and very Kind woman to the receptionist.Lots of shops and restaurants and coffee around the hotel

The room wasn’t warm cause the heat radiator wasn’t working and the first night we got very cold trying to sleep. .Fornunately the woman to the reception gave us an electric device to heat the room next day.Small rooms and very small elevator

Location is great, right at the outskirt of Paris with immediate Metro access for easy city center exploring and walking distance to Parque des Princes stadiumWe booked to be close to the football stadium Parque des Princes. It was perfect, walking distance to be at the stadium in time and without stress and with a nice stroll back to the hotel after the match.

Room was really good, clean and comfortable, location is great! Very friendly staff since the beginning of the reservation when I asked for rooms close to each other and they did it, on our arrival and all though... They even helped us find our car when it was removed by the police!

Breakfast can be better with more choices. On Booking.com, it said that the hotel had parking facility, which is not accurate as there's a parking garage not far but the hotel doesn't even have a special rate in it.

Everything was great, the room was always cleaned, the reception was helpful and very friendly, I was able to check in early and had a late checkout without any problems, thank you very much To all employees in the hotel.

Location was brilliant and very near to Metro Station. Plenty shops and cafes nearby. Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

breakfast was nice. plenty of choice. You could do with putting in instructions to use the fresh orange squeezer. Several people tried, including me and there is clearly a switch or technique I am missing.rooms were cleaned daily and my towels replaced daily too - quite pleased with thatlocation was good for the 9 and my meetings, there were nice restaurants within walking distance I have an advantage as i have been here beforeStaff very helpful and accomodating with requests

The TV did not allow the selection of foreign subtitles or Original sound track which was surprising this time. I have stayed in IBIS before and been able to do this not a dislike but a warning. no free water anymore. So remember to bring your own water

First night my room was crazy hot, and thermostat seems broken; then heating was probably fixed, problem did not repeat the following nights.I could use a bit more shelf space in the bathroom and a magnifying mirror.

Excellent location, the hotel is 20 paces from Marcel Sembat Metro on line 9. Quiet hotel. Adequate continental all you can eat breakfast.

The lift to the floors is only a 2 person lift and very small. No refreshment facilities in the room, the kettle is in the reception it you wanted a hot drink.
