The room was great we are glad we took milk with us bit disappointed no toaster to make breakfast

Didn’t have breakfast; did our own. Restaurant/bar facilities very good. A lovely place to stay. Very quiet, warm and comfortable.

Staff was kind and responded very promptly to the call! :)

Everything was pretty clean, except for some of the cutleries and glasses cups; there were some stains on them, which I had to clean them before using. But everything was very neat and easy to find.

Unit warm & comfortable. Laundry available & hose to wash car. Great restaurant meals. Good location.

Lack of cups & bowls for our unit. Needed instructions to work TV.

Could not work out your TV at all.... Could not just switch the TV on and get channels 1,2 or 3.Had to have all these logins which we did not have...

Handy having a restaurant onsite.

Unit wasn’t cleaned, cutlery and bathroom didn’t look like they had been washed. TV lagged.

Comfortable hotel, good parking, a bit out from main town and facilities

Asked for short extension to our check out time. They said this wasn’t possible due to cleaning schedule. Had to rush to check out on time, no sign of any cleaners. Not very impressed.

The customer service was excellent. Seamless checkin and very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. It was great having the restaurant on site and the food was excellent plus the staff made us feel very 'at home'. Would not hesitate to stay here again if passing through.

Rooms clean and spacious.

Rung next morning saying we appeared not to have paid. In fact paid upon arrival previous evening and fortunately kept eftpos slip recording time. No great apology forthcoming.

The room was great, a beautiful view of the garden. It was great that there were 2 restaurants to choose from as most of the town was shut down early. Comfy beds, very clean, great shower and all the necessities were there. A little far from central if you wanted to walk but the facilities were great!

It was dated, tired.The fridge was on permanent defrostThe tub chairs were peeling and quite honestly stuffed.

We had dinner in the bar, waited over 1.5 hours wasn't impressed

Less wait for meals. In the units the chairs needed replacing

Large well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds. Great for groups. Fantastic restaurant and bar.

Our television didn't work for a start but a young woman came and worked on it and we had no further difficulty. She was very cheerful and helpful. We had a large balcony but didn't use it because it rained. The unit was comfortable and quiet.

There were no sheer curtains but the neighbouring houses were a long way off. The bathroom door had a glass panel and a key closure which was strange for an inside door and looked as if it was a temporary fixture that had become permanent.

Very clean and comfortable room. The shower was excellent. Good water pressure. Nice deck with table and chairs. Great food and drink at the onsite bar. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The bed was a little on the soft side and there was no toaster in the room.

Location was nice with good views.

No breakfast available on Sunday's . I would prefer a metal kettle.
