Pros +

• Excellent location, just one flight of stairs down the hill to reach the town centre. Easy access to main sights, eating and drinking places.
• Excellent location, cute Penzin. Nice and comfortable staff. Clean room. Nice city view. In the middle of the city. Everything near.

Cons -

• A penzion without the personal touch. Had requested for a parking space but received no reply until the day before when I was asked to confirm the parking space and to pay 10 extra (or 17% of the room cost). [Note: designated parking space also requires driving through a crooked and narrow lane] Then I was told to pay cash even though the property's policy page states that no cash would be accepted. Perhaps our small room was the most basic room with few electrical sockets, however the table lamp and kettle could not even be plugged in while they were on the table. Good shower pressure but shower head had to be propped up against the wall. Lovely antiques in the house but dated furnishings in the guest room.
• The building looks like it's quite old. Someone was walking around in the room upstairs and we thought the ceiling was going to collapse. The shower head was broken.
