- We were in the "family" type room during the winter period. The hotel and rooms are simple from the old times but nicely refurbished. Everything is clean and in good condition. Staff is helpful, and communication in English is possible. Breakfast is simple but you have everything you need, cold and warm food, vegetables, sweats, juices. Coffee is good. Location is nice, very close to the lake. Parking is easy, close to hotel. Overall this is good value for money type hotel absolutely fine for shorter stays.

We made a reservation, but at the reception, they wanted to take us to a hotel, and there were free rooms. Shame! . Avoid this hotel!

If the receptionist had told us there was a wedding party in the dining room, we wouldn't have checked in. They played extremely loud music until 3 a.m.
Perfect location hotel right next to the cable way and ski rental. ⛷We booked the big apartment, it was almost brand new, new furnitures, new bathroom with huge shower cabin. Everywhere in the public area was lovely green tea smell. ?Breakfast was very delicious.We loved this hotel! Highly recommended.??
Location. Close to ski lift
The room smelled like a strong parfum which by the morning turned into an incredibly strong sewage smell coming from the toilet which had a sliding door that didnt seal properly. Disgusting experience. Could barely sleep.
Everything basic but adequate, and very good location next door to the ropeway. Not a place to go to for a romantic getaway, but if you need a place to crash during a ski holiday, or when passing through Ružomberok, this place is for you!
very nice location, good starting point for hiking and biking, free parking, self-service restaurant downstairs was very handy with good prices.
wifi did not work at all (we did not care), 3 beds in one small room is probably too much (we had to shift them when we wanted to access the balcony)
