Centrally located, everything is nearby, plenty of parking space. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, place is nice and quiet

It was a little challenging to find the hotel parking lot. Our map app did not handle the closed walking streets correctly and gave us bad directions.

Comfortable nice size room with the hotel central to most attractions and sites in the area. The staff was very helpful in us finding great places to visit.

The hotel is centrally located with a large parking lot next to the hotel.The lady at the reception was very friendly.

In the room, on the third floor, there was only warm water. If they like to wash or shower with cold water, impossible. The shower cubicle was defective, so the floor was wet afterwards.

Clean, large room and bed , simple but all we needed.

Breakfast was not entirely to my taste, but there was a good selection and coffee was very good ?

Very big room, new bath and toilet equipment, parking in front of the hotel, quiet surroundings.

Everything was lovely . Friendly staff , great breakfast , room was very big and clean . We were a little bit disappointed that wellness was closed in August when we visited . But besides that all was great !

Breakfast should be until 10.00 or at least 9.30. Quantity of food should be replenished frequently for other guests - for example vegetables.

Parking. Hotel just looks from 1990-s. Plenty of prostitutes in hotel bar by side. But Breakfast was good.

You can retain in 1990-s in that hotel and city. They still are smoking in the bars in that town!

They had a coffee machine in the room, no pods available for it though. Air conditioner didn't work. I was there 3 nights and my bathroom sink wasn't cleaned once during my stay.

Really spacious room

Cleaning of the bathroom, mold in the shower cabin. Dirty carpets in the room. Furniture is little old fashioned but it would still be ok if above mentioned details of room are fixed. We were here the second time within 2 years and this time we were disappointed.

The breakfast room smelled a lot of cigarette smoke. I was surprised that was still allowed.

The room was enormous with separate toilet, shower room, lounge, bedroom and hallway with wardrobes. Staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast fine. Room fine and warm. Hotel located in a pedestrian area. For those arriving by train its a short five minute walk from station.

The only slight disappointment was the restaurant which was under whelming. Plenty of restaurasnts within easy walking distance. The car park location can be a challenge on first visit - perhaps the hotel could supply a map of how its accessed. Once found plenty of spaces but satnav will not take you there.

The restaurant smells like somebody just smoked a pack of cigarettes in there.Same smell is around the whole hotel but milder.
