    Pros +

    • Good location. Nice breakfast.
    • Awful experience - awful service...
    • Large spacious parking lot, good breakfast.

    Cons -

    • Too small room, on the verge of hardly enough to accomodate 2 people. The bathroom is very uncomfortable, no barrier to avoid the water of the shower from "flooding" the whole bathroom.
    • No tea or coffee available for guests - machines in lobby switched off at 2pm each day.No information about spa use or dinner reservation in restaurant given on arrival by terse receptionist. No swim in the pool available to paying guests without paying a considerable additional fee to book 4 hours spa use - not much use when you arrive at 5.30pm for a one-night stay. Basic room with small balcony, dated bathroom. No tea/coffee making facilities & no kettle in room. When we asked at reception for dinner in the restaurant that evening, we were told we would have to wait an hour for a tableto be available. After waiing an hour and a half for a table to be free, we asked at reception a 2nd time and were curtly told "there is no table for you, you will have to drive into town to find something to eat there! Appalling service! All restaurants we asked at in town had by now finished serving for the evening, so we ended up back at the hotel lobby with a takeaway pizza & ate it there at 9.30pm in the evening. For an expensive 3* spa hotel, I was expecting a little bit of luxury, but it was just about the worst hotel service & experience we've ever had. I emailed the hotel requesting some compensation which was acknowledged, but nothing more was done. I am still emailing them requesring some recompense.
    • There are a lot of spiders in the rooms (maybe it's the season?). The walls are thin, and you can hear noises from neighboring rooms.

The location was excellent, very good ambiance and a beautiful surroundings to enjoy. Very near to Faaborg town Square, walking distance.

Rooms a bit small , but manageable for a short stay. Breakfast menu can add boiled vegetables,

Clean. Renovated room. Breakfast was great

No privacy. This is not an hotel but a motel. Room are facing each other. No air conditioning so needed to keep door open. But we are exposed way too much. To bad. Picture do not capture the motel section.

It’s a nice renovated hotel with excellent sea view. Comfortable room. The bathroom need an upgrade ! Really really good Frellsen coffee in the lounge for free to enjoy! Breakfast very good everything we needed, the bread was a bit dry! All in all a very good experience. The reception did not see the extra bed we booked but it was quickly sorted out with a smile.

Nothing not to like I think.

    Good breakfast.

The hotel seemed to be aimed more at the local, rather international market, so the comments need to take this into account. Maybe a little parochial and not as friendly as the other 6 hotels we stayed at.There were no in-room tea / coffee facilities, with a communal station available only at certain times of the day, which did not include after check-in time. The bathroom was poor.

Excellent hotel with fantastic breakfast buffet and lovely staff. Loads of parking places, strong Wi-Fi in the entire place. Absolutely nothing to complain about.

It’s across from the water and the grounds have a nice view. The staff is very nice. Dinner was exceptional. It was a small portion, but perhaps some of the best I’ve had. It was prepared by Chef Daniel and our waitress was Louisa and she was fabulous.

The rooms mostly do not have any view and shower leaked all over the floor after a two minute shower. It is a simple motel type room with carpet squares. Old-fashioned could be updated. 3 km from town so it is hard to walk after a day of biking. The town is very beautiful –Faaborg.

    Disappointing

A moderate breakfast accompanied withreally poor coffee, and 'juice' did no good.

It was nice to have the beach right in front of the hotel. It was nice that breakfast came out well and was clean.

There is no hot pot and no refrigerator in the room. There is no microwave in the hotel. The staff is not kind.

    Breakfast was great

We stayed 3 in a room which was booked and paied for. The third bed was a bunk bed with a thin matress. The bed made so much noise during the night when you tried to turn over that no one in the room slept that night. One ended sleeping on the floor in stead. When you show a picture of a lovely house with a sea view, but reality you are given ugly dormatory like accomodation facing each other with no view - unless a view is somebodys cars - you can only be disappointed. Felt like a dormitory with plastic and nylon. Cheap and did not match the pictures in any way

Spacious, nice rooms, great food in the restaurant and a good breakfast. Charming restaurant staff too and great views from the main restaurant.

Poor towels, no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Sound transference between rooms. Very slow service in both restaurants and just not enough staff. One very abrupt receptionist, the others were pleasant.

Keep looking, expensive and very dull

Its the most boring course center you can imagine, the rooms a aging, old hessian wallpaper. The staff at miserable, unhelpful people you can imaging. Very poor value for money
