This hotel room was a 1-bedroom with a kitchen. Great for a family stay. We checked in after hours, and it was easy enough to retrieve our keys from a lock box.

Very spacious apartment in an apart-hotel, with parking right next to it, comfortable beds with great pillows and blankets. In the mornings there’s a cleaner around – not for cleaning, but handy if you need fresh towels or trash taken out.

The place is VERY spacious and clean, we're a family of 4 and we found it enormously comfortable!The apartment is well furnished and modern, very enjoyable at sight and comfortable in any detail.The area around is very green, quiet, nice but you'll need a car to reach the closer supermarkets.

The kitchen has no dishwasher (I don't consider it a bad point, but everything was amazing this is the only "cons" I can think of)

Nice kitchen and terrace

The bathroom had a mildew smell. There were several stains on the wall from what appears to be dead bugs. The mosquitos were ramped and only one fan for three rooms.

Price, size, cleanliness

Other than the 5 spots near the entrance, authorized parking is not clearly marked.

This was the worst experience in many years of traveling. It’s especially disappointing because we had stayed at this hotel several times before and were always satisfied, giving it high ratings. But not this time.There was an unpleasant smell in the room, trash on the floor and chairs, and clumps of hair in every corner of the room. The terrace was covered in cigarette butts—there were tons of them. The kettle was covered in a gray foam—who knows what had been cooked in it?! The forks in the kitchen cabinet were completely unwashed. And the bathroom smelled like dog urine. By the way, there were also clumps of dog fur on the room floor.It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. At least the bed linen was clean.When I asked for the room and terrace to be cleaned, a hotel staff member came in, wiped the ash and cigarette butts off the terrace table with a cloth, and then used the same cloth to sweep the dog hair off the chairs in the room.And this whole mess happened right in front of me.Also, the hotel never refunded the €10 difference between the room I had already paid for via Booking.com and the room they offered later, which turned out to be dirty and full of unpleasant odors.All of these issues were recorded on video and in photos. I reported them to the hotel managers, but I never received any apology.

Hugh disapointment.

It was not possible to get the key (the card for the hotel room). No persons at the reception. The phone number for help: nobody answer. I was standing in front of the entrance (after 8 hours of driving), could not do anything. I am very disapointed. In the evening I needed to find another accomodation. I still don't know if I will get back the payment. Something is not working there. Next day they called me, I gaved them my explanation, than they say they will call me back. Nothing happened untill this moment.

Great location, very clean

Tea bags were provided but no tea pot.Coffee machine was provided but no coffee capsules.The apartment for up to 4 people had only 2 chairs (the one for up to 6 people had 4 chairs).

Excellent Location, clean and Spacious Apartment, Family friendly

Spacious apartment, however one bed was in the living room which was often frustrating as there is no table or dining area in the kitchen. Location was good, there is a bus stop right outside but it is quite far from Konstanz.

The cleanliness, well equipped kitchen and good located.

Clean and spacious with Free coffee

“A small fee” for pets was 50€ while price for 4 was 120€ total. According to management the fee is justified by extra cleaning. A small fee would be 5€. 50€ is close to robbery. A funny and strong odour of vanilla in the hotel, makes one suspicious if something more serious is concealed

Very huge space. Modern property. Really good for family. We asked for baby bed and they also gave baby chair. Really huge balcony if you enjoy the outdoor time. Parking right in front of hotel. Kitchen attached. Lift was very useful. Good communication.

Apartment was not 3 bedroom its actually 2 bedroom and living room has bed so it is 3 beds but it was advertised as 3 bedroom. Also we arrive at 8 pm so it was digital check in. It was seamless for us but it can be overwhelming for someone if you are not tech savy, as practically you have no one at hotel to guide you for anything.

Top facilities. Full kitchen. Close to the lake. HUGE space and HUGE window

When our neighbor sits on the balcony they are able to see inside our room which feels weird

Everything perfect, proper instructions for contactless check-in. We were group of 7 and the appartment was spacious, clean and had lovely balcony.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. We were 6 people and had a lot of space. Quick response on messages and very kind and helpful receptionist.
