The staff really went out of their way for me. The spa was beautiful and relaxing and the food was top notch I had a panorama room with a view of the mountains & the lake and LOVED it.

I ordered a fruit basket and special pillow and neither showed up. But overall those were small misses compared to my overall experience.

Restaurant was good but not top

Spa is top notch as always... Was our first visit with snow and added real atmosphere at Christmas. Very special. Bed nice and firm and housekeeping do an excellent job of keeping clean and in order. Food in restaurant was really nice.

Not a lot, was first time language was a bit bit of an issue (our German is not guten!) tried to order two soups and ended up with one and two spoons!

The attentive receptionist was pointing out that I was staying there several times already. This is basically nice, but if you arrive with a new(er) partner, it may lead to questions... :)

The sauna garden is absolutely magnificent - swimming pool, Bodensee access, saunas - very enjoyable

Back after a couple of years and still has the Bora relaxing feeling. They have made some improvements and changes since our last visit and some are really good. The new extension on the sky bar so even when weather not great it still makes an excellent location for a cosy drink at the end of the day. The new rest rooms so even more places to chill after the saunas and pool. The restaurant serves good food and the chef will make almost all the dishes gluten frei if asked. The staff will provide gluten frei rolls for breakfast when asked and there is muelsi that is GF as well. Always tidy and organised. We have had nothing but helpful staff in hotel and sauna. Love this hotel and facility. Always a shame when we need to go home and feels a long time till our next visit at Christmas.

Really hard to find fault but there were two minor changes that have happened that we felt could revert back. Firstly the spa menu does not have an English version anymore..in addition the allergen menu is separate and not clearly marked on each copy. We loved how safe it felt to eat in the spa due to a clearly. Labelled English menu. Appreciate for 99.9 percent of visitors that is not relevant but would be great to make it easier, especially as no mobiles to use Google translate with!! Secondly, pre 2020 there were blankets available in spa to use in rest rooms and on sun chairs whilst watching a sunset (yep even in February this is possible and very romantic). I understand why in 2020 they went but as the skybar now has sshred blankets could the spa ones not return? I am being picky with this items as frankly it would not change my overall rating!

Wonderful property and rooms, very well organized and managed. The spa area is spectacular, breakfast buffet with 1000 choices. Housekeeping calm and efficient. Had a very nice chat with Herr Youssef at front desk. I will be back in 2024.

- a bit more choice for the roomservice would've been nice. Especially more variety with the desserts option

Room was comfortable and clean. Shower was great, room was quiet for the most part (last night there had noisy neighbors). Diners were good as well as breakfasts. Spa area was excellent.

The location is not ideal and there is building work and the fact the spa facilities are for naturists should have been made clear...

Staff was not accomodating at all, Restaurant dinner was offered from 18-21 but they wont take any tables after 19.45 and that's not announced everywhere, you only figured when you show up and the personnel is rude to you. Some services like a bike to go around the lake you have to pay extra 25 for the day, and don't think of enjoying the spa unless completely nude, and everyone can see the nudists from some of the rooms and the bar at the 4th floor. Won't repeat

Amazing sauna world! Excellent food here as well. Comfort and relaxation. We love it here and have been here already twice. And for sure we plan next visit. Breakfasts are stunning!

super clean, personell super friendly and always helpful

we had little trouble with the room (water temperature in the shower changed by itself from hot to cold and vice versa, some electrical problem with the lights)

sauna still runs even though there is an energy crisis

it’s getting used, stains etc. maintenance and cleaning needed

the place is very clean, not crowded and staffs are very professional… i will definitely come back

the prices at the sky lounge bar are abit too high.. they don’t serve nuts and crisps with drinks which is for me obvious in such a classy bar

not clean in the room, looks like it was blood or coffee mark on the cabinet. no cleaning done even though we were gone for 4 hours and hang the sign. lunch was horrible - chicken was not cooked.

Lovely spa - reasonably priced for a **** hotel.We arrived by bike from Konstanz via Stein am Rhein - a lovely cycle also

With this price we should get our luggage to be carred directly to the room. The bar outside was very noisy, do not reserve it in the weekend

Breakfast had a excellent selections.

Dinner options were limited. Menu just a single fixed menu with choice of three mains. This might be their ‘ spa thing’.
