The receptionist was so friendly.

The house keeper knocked on my door several times just to check if someone was inside. "Do not disturb" was on my door. So I thought whats the use of that signage. If ever I'll go back, hope it wont happened again.

The bar was nice and the people were friendly.

Location had good transport links however the transport wasn’t always reliable so perhaps it would be better staying here if you plan to drive rather than use public transport.

Large, clean room with huge bathroom. Weekday staff person, in particular, was extremely friendly.

My partner thought the decor was a little dated.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were big, entire place was clean and tidy, no noise from surrounding rooms or cars from the road outside.

Lovely hotel with friendly and professional staff and reasonable price to quality ratio even during the "madness" of the Dusseldorf congress week.Breakfast was very good and always served with a smile and the new Irish pub at the ground floor is a big plus. Location is also convenient as it is next to the highway.Will surely be back next year

Hotel location is good in that area , the staff were friendly , breakfast was good .

the shower had problem and they knew it before we arrive and didn't fix it , i couldn't take shower .

the breakfast buffet was great

when I arrived Sunday later afternoon everything was closed - I had to call someone from my cell (so I had to pay for roaming) - the guy gave me a key code and I had to walk around the house to find the side entrance with the key box (the code could have been emailed before) - the whole hotel was empty and nobody was there - overall arrival was w we quite spooky

Self check in to an empty hotel I find is a strange experience. One I will avoid in future if possible.
