    Pros +

    • It’s an old world hotel, located on the beach front and only 15 minutes walking distance to cafes and restaurants.
    • The check in was brilliant because I use crutches the lady up graded me to a room right outside the lift door
    • Nice hotel with a magnificient sea view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The room is old-fashion and needs renovation. No coffee machine. No refrigerator.

    Cons -

    • The mattresses not the best and when you gou or into the beds they slid on the carpet . The breakfast at 14€ wasn't the best value with obviously frozen bite sized croissants and pan au chocolat .
    • Shower- the water splashed everywhere and it was difficult to change the temperature.
    • I would appreciate bottles of water + coffee/tea machine in the room.

Just in front of the bayWe enjoyed breakfast in the dining room facing the sea, and on the terrace weather permitting (only once unfortunately)Parking on the premises

Great location, clean rooms, good parking and staff were most helpful. Good breakfast. We were not full board but did dine in and the set menu was perfectly fine.

The location. We were near to our friends and just a short stroll away from the Le Pouliguen village and La Baule centre. Perfect. Not about the property per se but one evening we met a family of hedgehogs in the hotel garden!

Shower- the water splashed everywhere and it was difficult to change the temperature.

It was a great stay. Beautiful from beach. Parking available at a fair price. Very clean and comfortable. The other advantage was that the kids room was separated from parents room. Even if sea view rooms were not available, the garden view room was still very pleasant.

I would appreciate bottles of water + coffee/tea machine in the room.

Breakfast was quite reach, marrasses very comfortable, clean and clear room.

The pillows are too high to sleep on them. But this is the case of almost every single hotel.

    9PatrickPosted on: 6-11-2024

Location quite close to the walking path and beach, nice view from saloon, terrace and large breakfast room, green park behind with parking, delicious breakfast, welcoming staff.

The peace and quiet at a relaxing seafront location was welcome after arriving on the motorbikes soaked to the skin. Staff went out of their way to assist us and make us comfortable as quickly as possible. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the breakfast was well above standard. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Great staff especially Anna on reception. Best meal in restaurant beautiful wine and amazing views

If your travelling with a dog please be aware there is not an alternative place to eat and they are not allowed in the restaurant strangely.

Location was fabulous, our room view onto the beach was exceptional. The room was comfortable. Dog friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was wonderful.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Didn’t like the see through en suite door, not keen on being watched whilst on toilet.

The room was tiny. It was very run down, very old with degraded finishing every where. The bed was tiny (only big enough for my wife) and it smelt very very bad. We immediately went back and demanded a replacement room that matched the description on the booking

    As above

We avsked to borrow 3 glacés to drink in lur rom.Theo charger us 12 euro for that

The service at reception was not so good

We booked sea view room in main building, which is more expensive than rooms in separate building, but when we arrived, we realized that room is tiny (really no space at all for 2 people) and no balcony. So you have just bed inside the room and that's it. Plus extremely small bathroom. We were with friends who booked more cheaper rooms in separate building, and we realized that they are much better - bigger, with balconies and a lot of light inside. Lady on reception kindly agreed to reallocate us, despite the fact that hotel was fully booked. It was highly appreciated from our side!

Being close to the sandy beach. The view from the room .

The size of the room was very small The beds however were comfortable.

the location on the beautiful beach was stupendous. we enjoyed having drinks on the terrace each evening. our room had a small balcony as well. there is no air conditioning so the window was good to have.

the booking indicated that the assigned room was non smoking. however, the room was really tiny with a heavy odor of cigarette smoke. I have asthma and reported this to the concierge. she solved the problem and got us a different room, immediately.

Everything about this hotel was excellant. The receptionist couldn't have been more helpful. She made extra effort for secure parking for our motorcycles, directed us to the best local entertainment area by the marina and was genuinely very pleassant.

very friendly staff! we have a lovely room with sea view, good value for money! The ladies from reception were extremely helpful! Moreover we were invited to a free concert in the evening, a wonderful experience! thank you!

wonderful location - you can see and hear the sea trough your window.

poor (sometimes even cold) and every day the same breakfast, unpleasant staff. we ordered a double room with two single beds and received a double - it could not be changed because there were no available rooms (strange, because the system allowed us to order a room with two single beds). Does not correspond to the price-quality ratio
