Great modern design, great breakfast, great facilities

A big variety of food for breakfast. Clean. Parking space included. Close to the beach

The minibar was a bit pricey

Super friendly staff. The view was fantastic. Rooms were spacious with modern fittings. Lots of parking space for the guests. Pool and facilities were very good.

Some evenings are extremely loud and noisy even with all the doors and windows shut because of club parties so quite agitating for the children if small.

The cleaning was not done properly; we were able to find things under the bed and under the sofa from the previous persons that stayed there;-the bed was to hard for our taste; -room service was not available during our stay;- noise from the rooms next to ours.- The restaurant food menu did not had too many choices especially for the children's to serve.- Due to the position of the hotel the pool area was shaded most of the afternoon and very windy so it made it hard for the kids to enjoy it;- The tables on the restaurants terrace were wood bear tables making it look cheap and not giving a warm vacay vibes.Very nice staff.

Excellent location, very well trained staff, parking available, spacious and clean room, excellent sound insulation. The included breakfast was delicious. Free Access to premium beach with included sunbeds.

The pool was rather on the small side, suitable mostly for children. Because of the position, the pool is shaded during (late) afternoon.

10min to go to the beach. No charm in this hotel. Staff very cold and not smiling. Room not so clean. Very expensive

The hotel was amazing with a great location!The breakfast buffet was a plus and so many good food. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was kept nice and cool for hot days. The location was so close to the beach where you can walk to it and enjoy it, but not close enough to hear all the commotion. The Loft club was close to the place and we were able to hear the party happening on Saturday, even though our doors were closed, but we were not bothered by it. The amenities such as free towels and bed rental at Asylum helped us to relax and lounge around the beach at ease. We really enjoyed the room and the balcony. The nice and big desk space allowed us to put our luggage on there so that it gave us more space in the room to walk around.

Selection of channels on TV and to be able to connect to Netflix or streaming sites. The bathroom vents to be stronger to get rid of the smell after someone uses it. The bed was pretty stiff for me but it was perfect for my partner.

Breakfast was outstanding!! Love the location and beach club! This was my second time staying at this resort, and the staff went above and beyond my expectations both times!

The location was just perfect .. good breakfast with various items

We booked the Apartment which was spacious .. but The coffee machine was missing from the room which they brought later. The bathroom needed some maintenance and water was leaking. Bed mattress is over used.. needs to be replaced.

Breakfast is exceptional, the salty water pool, room, cleanliness.

additional light in the bathroom in the sink area would help, as there is only 1 light in the bathroom.also, a soft pillow would be great :)

available private parking and close to everything that matters in this part of mamaia . hotel looks new and the common areas are clean . okish breakfast but not too many options.

room carpet looks unclean. plenty of cigarrete burns and/or dirty spots. room was not cleaned for the hole stay (2 nights) . some noise from the common areas but not too much of a fuss.

Spacious rooms, comfy bed, sea view. Breakfast was awesome, plenty of options.

Inconsistent cleaning service for the 3 booked rooms , we had to request toilet paper several times, when it should have been refilled, safe was not provided in all rooms, even though included, the doorknob of one room was broken, same breakfast everyday, coffee machine broken during breakfast hours, stained sheets, very high prices for the quality of food and drinks on the beach and the restaurant, poor waitress service of the Asylum restaurant, no information provided when requested on snorkeling even though advertised as possible activity in the area in hotel presentation

except the covered parking lot, nothing.

- towels with stains / dirty- stains on the carpet- cleanliness was poor- swimming pool schedule was in disadvantage for the guests, closing time was at 6 PM- rude front desk staff- lack of privacy on the balcony - loud music during night time, without any reason, considering the swimming pool , bar and restaurant were closed- faulty / not responsive at time light / bathroom fan sensor in the room- parking lot barrier was faulty, card reader was not working properly

I think its too exepensive for what they are offering, the breakfast its poor and its not so luxurious too small for a 5 stars hotel

Everything was great!- the room: modern design - I really loved it, all the needed facilities (including hairdryer, mini-bar, safe, interesting phone charger - for all types of phone), the balcony had a little towel rack, clean, without bad smell- the parking: private indoor parking (on 3 levels) - very useful, we always found parking spots- the swimming pool: great, no comments, 1.5 m- the beach: ok, with many shells due to the beach extension, but now many beaches from Mamaia are like this, we received towel for each person which was nice- the food (breakfast/swimming pool bar): great, I really liked the breakfast, it had many options: omlettes, sausages, ham, vegetables, different types of salad, pastries, a lot of fresh fruits, milk, yogurt, coffee, water, juices and desserts (cheese cake, chocolate). Swimming pool drinks and food were great too (including the service)

Small things:- the pillows were too fluffy, but I found one less fluffy in the closet and it was ok- the sink faucet is too small, so the water can leak behind the sink- the light from the main room is too dimmed
