The bathroom and close it was to the beach

Cleanliness of room overall

The suite is big. A bit weird that the bathroom is from the bedroom so whoever sleeps in the living room has to come through the bedroom to go to the bathroom (usually it's the other way around). Staff is super friendly and helpful and they try to accomodate you. They have 1 parking per room which is great.There is a restaurant right across the street and you get 15% off if you stay in the hotel, it worked around pretty good. The beach is very nice though with nice sand, better than Mamaia.

Just minor things: The AC is pretty loud even on the lower ventilation. The shades don't provide blackout. The kids didn't like breakfast too much, but the adults thought it was ok. To go to the breach you have to navigate through double parked cars because this is how Navodari is... Not really the hotel's fault.

The location, the reception personal, the bed

The first room we stayed in had a very bad smell, we asked for another room and the receptionist accepted. Overall, the hotel looks worse than last time we stayed there.

Big room, mattress bed, clean room. Good location if you don't mind being away from the city center. Very close to the beach.

The room is big, the design is minimalistic with all you need, the matress is so good, white fluffy towels, good coffe and breakfast, the parking is a plus

The location is near the beach but in an are under construction. The bathroom can be improved. All in all it was confortable☺️

The room was dirty, the carpet was stained and in the shower was mold. And the breakfast was very poor.

everything was spot on!

After our claim regarding the noise and noisy cooling system we get another apartment on opposite size of the Hotel room 17 which was silent, right size curtains, working cooling and a good shower in bathroom. The staff was really open and wanted to solve our problem and make as happy as possible on our stay.Break fast was not splendid but as good as was possible: you was able to eat fruits, vegetables, meat, bread, desser and on top they had a good coffee.Perfect staff who wanted to help us.

Room number 5 was a disaster, please avoid if is possible. Road to the hotel, local roads in Mamaia are terrible. The neighbors in closed hotels not really like to keep the silent time after one a clock during the night destroying our sleep during the nights.

Customer service was great and very helpful.

I think because of the "off season" there was no AC in the rooms and the rooms weren't the cleanest.

Breakfast, the floor carpet had staines all over, the bathroom was small and dirty, the furniture was old, the air conditioner didn't work properly.

No drying rack for the towels on the balcony, no noise isolation , not the hotel s fault but the whole area is under constrution

It was very close to the beach and the staff was nice.

The bathroom was extremely dirty: the toilet was not cleaned (even though it had a cleaned sign on it), the shower floor was covered in limestone and mold, the walls were stained; in the room: the sheet had chocolate staines on it and the walls were stained!
