Decent location, several food options nearby. Direct access to the beach was nice.

They really wanted to give the full pirate experience. Air conditioning and wifi were almost non existent. I had to sleep with the balcony door open because it was so hot in the room. It would have been miserable a few weeks prior in the middle of summer.

The location was great and so was the food after our first dinner.

We would've appreciated information on what was included with our all inclusive stay and how to take advantage of the many perks but instead of being provided all the information up front we had to fight for it during our entire stay. Also it didnt feel all inclusive because we didn't have routine access to coffee and soda as well as had to wait until 3 hours after checkin to start using our all inclusive benefits. Additionally, our room was missing basic toiletries and the phone was dysfunctional luckily our air conditioning worked unlike another's room. Also. we found it strange that a beach hotel with pool opted to maintain old carpet in their rooms. We believe with better management of this hotel it could be striving for its 4th star instead of barely fighting to maintain its 3rd star

Pirates Resort is the best all inclusive hotel for families with small children in Mamaia, Romania! It offers a great variety of food, magic shows, evening parties and children entertainment!

The price is a bit too high for Romania, maybe they should take this into consideration also.

That it was located within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.

The decor was a bit dated and could do with an update.

The reception area was nice,they have a live parrot,the pool was good too.

Firstly the room was really dusty,shower drain smelled like pee,there was heavy dust on the rooms vent,the carpet from the floor was dirty,the bed was squeaky,the room fridge was making a heavy sound, also the breakfast they advertised didn't exist they offer macaroni and cheese at breakfast plus no hot food at all, i would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was nice and the staff.

The beach was full of clams that hurts your feet, it will be nice if they clean the sands around.

The only thing I liked at the hotel is the location close to the beach. Bathroom was renoverated

All the pirat decorations are old and destroyed, breakfast was not good - bread, chicken, watermelon, jogurt everything not fresh. Staff is not helpful and definitely requires more customer facing training. Guy by the kids building machine shouted at my two years because they were looking at the machine through the small fence. Pool decorations are fraithening. The was no place at the parking even we paid extra for it and the guy didn't even bother about it. Thats not even one star hotel

The kids enjoyed the Pirate theme and the pool.

At breakfast, we found it very difficult to get a table. The hotel is located next to a restaurant and they had loud parties during the weekend, it was impossible to sleep with the window open. The beach in that area is not great, full of seashells.

everything was offered at the hotel and the surroundings, you did not have to travel far to go to eat or for a dip. They have their own beach. the Cost of the lawn chair is 30ron.

there are no elevators in the hotel. The internet speed was low. The cost of the lawn chairs are low because they pack 4 to each umbrella.

The location was good with beach front.

The building was old without the elevator. The door haldle came out of its place. The breakfast was not served in clean vessels and some facilities like toaster was lacking.

The breakfast was badly organized and the food provided not great. The pool is a small kids playground, not suited for anything else.

Although small, the heated pool was nice. The lifeguard there is a nice person. Location is good, close to the beach.

Room was small, although website says 22 sq meters. Cleaning in the room was not satisfactory. Parking costs extra. Chair cushions in the restaurant are dirty.Request for an one hour late checkout was not approved. Reason was that the next guests are waiting for the room, but the check-in is at 16:00, 4 hours later. So the new guests are welcome, to hell with the ones that are leaving.Cleaning/restaurant staff is not Romanian so you better know some English.

The hotel is on the beach and has everything needed for a nice vacation: heated pool, children activities ( the magician is the best!), private beach and good food with resonables prices. The rooms are nice decorated and clean. We really enjoyed the place.

The hotel is near the beach.The room and bathroom were very clean.They have a swimming pool and also activities for children.I loved the fact that they did their best and gave us the room earlier than the check-in hour.

Unfortunately not too many choices for breakfast.

Amazing pirate and acvatic world decorations, spectacular sea view, appetizing food, welcoming staff! My kid loved the outside playground with fine-grained sand and ship. We also enjoyed the hotel's beach area and beautiful garden.

The pool was closed undergoing maintenance ops.

The staff was super nice, always ready to help with any issue. The location - on the beach... very friendly to small children (3,5,6).The rooms are small, but the kids had lots of fun playing pirates, so it is worth it.

The food is OK - do not expect too much it is 3 stars hotel...The parking is not big enough for everyone but there is parking valet that help with it.The view from the family rooms is to the parking only..

Overall stay was very good, room was very nice, the Hotel upgraded to Sea View room for free.The staff was very nice, specially the one Managing the reception was very co-operative.
