The rooms were very dirty, eating area dirty tables wash done with wet cloth no disinfectant, the whole hotel needs a deep cleanFood was the same stuff every day , very slow at stocking empty food trays and cutlery was slow at being restockedSwimming pools were not cleanI have travelled all over the world and this is the worst hotel I have stayed in for cleanliness and foo

The room looks just like the pictures. I got what was advertised.

The carpets on the hallways are dirty and stained with paint or something else.The room had a bathtub next to the window (in the room) but the window was extremely dirty on the outside and stained with bird poo.The curtains in the room have fallen pieces from their tracks and nobody puts the back.These are certainly things that I don’t expect to find in a 5 star hotel

Staff was not very helpful when needed. Rooms weren't being cleaned. Internet was not very reliable at times. No gym or spa for this price was available in the resort.

Location was good, room was quite large

One of the worst hotel experience we’ve been. Awful restaurant, terrible low quality food. There is no even hotel bar that you can enjoy your moment. Parking lot is not enough. Dinner is overpriced doesnt deserve its price.Not recommend

It ruined our holiday. We changed to another hotel.

The hotel is awfully dirty, with poor service, completely outdated and messy design, badly smelling showers/toilets, leaking showers.

Very nice and modern.

The daily cleaning needs improvement. Being a beach resort, the floor needs moping every day, it was never mopped in 7 days!!

The hotel room and facilities were amazing.

The food quality was not the same as the last time we stayed in. Especially the Grill corner, the meat quality was not good and over cooked.

Luxurious hotel.

Horrible parking. Room cleanliness needs training. Very superficial. Staff has to be trained to clean in a way typical for such a hotel. While reception performed good and the restaurant the same, rest needs to be inspected by Management. Cannot give a 5 star to this place.

big luxurious rooms, a lot of pools and entertainment for.kids. 5*food and 50 m away from the seaside!

The breakfast and location were good.

The daily performances, especially those in the evening for adults, left the feeling of routine, repetition and superficiality. Also, the space for swimming and other water activities has been considerably reduced.

The rooms were clean and nice.

The beach area is dirty and bad administrated.The solar umbrella destroyed, old and too crowded. it looks like 3 star hotel. My sunrise view was over restaurant’s garbage and dogs.The parking needs to facilitate better entries to avoid jumping the side walks.Overall is a 4 star hotel not a 5 star!

The stay is great, the hotel has swimming pools for all ages and a wonderful pool with water games and a nearby beach, cleaning 24/7, everything is very clean, the room is very big until we added a bed for my second son and they had a small room with their own TV, all the furnishings are expensive and wonderful, and the food Wonderful variety, especially if you have children, they have a variety of options, daily parties, and everyone is cooperative, you do not need to go outside the complex, they also have shops for all sea games (in case you forgot to buy toys for your children), there is also a pharmacy, it was a great stay and for sure we will come once other

Pros: We booked Junior Suite with partial sea view - the room was large and had a couch, the bed very confortable and besides the normal light had also blue LED that was very nice in the evening. We had a kettle in our room and there was free natural and sparkling water and also coffee all day.Breakfast and dinner was included and was very good, but the same every day.The hotel has a private beach with free beds and towels.Cons: The air conditioning was making a strange sound during the night even when off.Parking was small and spots were very difficult to find.All pools at the resort had VERY COLD water and this was not that great for kids.There was no sea view even if we paid for it - the balcony was fully closed, above the restarurant. The experience was wonderful!

Acctualy provide room with Partial sea view and opened balcony as selected and paidHeat the pool/ repair broken stair in the indoor pool where the water was shallow Have parkign spots for people with disabilities.

a good 3 stars hotel undercover as a 5 star:1.the building needs urgent care2.staff if mostly formed from youngsters. Congrats for that, but you cannot leave them alone and expect guests to be happy. 3.Sauna did not work for 5 straight days4.Fresh food, properly cooked but far from something special. The desert section is a joke. 5. Pool bar with only one 17 y old barman, same music, sometimes blasting, sometimes very low.
