I loved they had facilities for children (children pool, indoor playground, high chairs for eating, cribs on request)

Nothing, i loved it

- I really thought the hotel has a private beach which is not really the case.There is a public one and they just offer you a discount in case you want to rent a sunbed (from 50 RON to 40 RON)

The staff was friendly, the food was great, great breakfast

Exceptionally friendly staff, like we've never seen befero. Everything was spotlessly clean, trash taken out daily. Hearty breakfast, with custom made pancakes, gauffres and omelettes. Really close to the beach. They pay a lot of attention to the little ones' needs. Room big enough to add an extra bed. Great mattress. I shall recommend this place and will come again. Thank you!

We had a great stay here, so there were only a few small downsizes to be mentioned, hoping to be constructive. Booking said that the pool would be opened during our stay, which was not, because of this spring having bad weather, so maybe this should be changed. The kids couldn't use the playroom at times because of some group meeting held there. That being said, the staff were really polite about it. We did not enjoy the frozen pastry, not the fruit juice which was not freshly squeezed during breakfast time. It felt like maybe fewer options, but of higher quality, would have worked better for us. The shower gel wasn't great and the toilet was a bit tilted on one side and was pretty funny to use.

The room felt smaller than I've anticipated, the bathroom is even smaller. (Basic room)The air conditioner didn't work (maybe because of the cold weather, but no hot air conditioner as well...)

it was very cosy and the stuff is very polite. the cuisine and the choices that you have are well balanced and for sure there is something good for everyone. the breakfast is very good. the pool and the garden are wonderful especially during the evening.

We were pleasantly surprised by this family oriented hotel. The staff is very polite, the food is delicious, even in late September they had artistic program in some evenings. The beach is close and the rooms were clean. They have underground parking with an extra fee.

Everything was great, maybe a coffee machine in the rooms would be a plus, but very good coffee is available at breakfast anyway. A ramp for baby strollers would be also useful at the entrance.

It is a cozy boutique hotel that helps to detach from crowded Mamaia-Nord. The hotel is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly. Mostly young people speaking fluent English. The pool is very nice, 140cm deep, quite, and clean. It was never too crowded.Restaurant tables are located inside the building and at the pool in the yard, which makes the hotel a perfect place to relax during the day.

If you like to drink tee, you won't find it at the buffet (but probably one can ask for it).

The hotel is modern, the building encloses the inner courtyard with terrace, swimming pool, playground - very nice for families with children. The staff is really nice and supportive. All issues / requests have been handled very professionally.For dinner they had a wide variety of dishes. Having the meals on the terrace is very nice. The evening entertainment (single artists and bands) was selected well.

General location: There are 2 abandoned building grounds next to the hotel - not so nice to look at. The beach is heavily overcrowded, very loud and terribly dirty.Cleanliness: In general everything was fine. But often the tables have not been cleaned when you came for the 2nd shift. Napkins fallen to the ground were just not taken away but the waiters nearly stepped on. The room service was not fully done occasionally.Smoking: Despite many children among guests the whole courtyard as well as the restaurant terrace was free for smoking. Many local visitors smoked, so you always smell this.No real "half board": We booked breakfast and dinner in advance but on checking in we were told that we have a "budget" for dinner. The budget model is ok if you eat moderate and can cover the drinks, too. For strong eaters it will most likely not be sufficient.Breakfast: Sometimes you had to explicitly ask for refill despite several guys present at the buffet. Sometimes things went out prematurely and could not be refilled (e. g. bread rolls). Terrible "juice" - a poor composition from sugar, aroma and water.Parking: To get a space you have to request one at the reception. Then receptionist comes out with a key to unlock a space. This is cumbersome because you have to park first in very narrow streets in front of the hotel and then drive another lap around the block to get to the unlocked space.

The hotel si close to the beach. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is very nice also the kids pool was an attraction for our son. The food is really good with a children menu. In the evening they have live music.

The rooms are clean, but the floors could use some extra attention.

Next to the beach.Cozy place overall.Great circled concept around the pool area.Every day evening band (singing) activities.Breakfast diversity.Great cleaning services.Many staff members all the time around.

A bit pushy in overall up-sell process: - each 5 min someone was asking if we want something else to order.- anytime you just finished to eat/drink, that plate/glass was removed with obvious previous question: do you want smthg else?This way your table was almost all the time freed up and felt uncomfortable at the beginning to stay just few more minutes. Found many ants in the room.A bit tied in the bathroom: opened door stops at the closet, high positioned hooks for towels, half opened shower space on ground level so made it wet after each use.All the mentioned points are mostly improvements and small adjustments, so it’s ok.

The most pleasant hotel personnel ever. Absolute a pleasure to have stayed there. The food was an absolute feast. Most comfortable bed.

Restaurant , do not recommend for dinner , waiting time more than 1 hour , half of the ordered food came cold at the table .
