Hotel Riviera

The seaside view, even lateral, is beautiful. The hotel is near shops, pharmacy, gondola. For kids, the two playgrounds (one indoor) are perfect. Breakfast is very good, with plenty of options.

WiFi doesn't work at 10th floor, neither the hair dryer and you need to have patience to take the elevators

mattress was covered initial package probably in the idea of protecting it, but of course it made it slippery and noisy; bathroom too small,

Hotel is amazing. I was skeptical at first as I thought price was a bit cheap for the location. But this hotel didn’t disappoint. I will definitely go there again. Staff is very helpful and views are more than amazing. I had a sea view room and I fell in love with that view. Very quiet hotel also. Amazing place to go for some relaxing time

The only thing I didn’t like is that they need to work on the shower cabin. It needs sealing. Water goes into the bathroom and infiltrates through the floor.

The location was great (despite us not being there for peak summer season) but this property certainly fits the bill of "minimum value for your money"

The bathrooms... Potentially a safety hazard. ? One of the worst I've experienced across all of Europe. The bathroom had visible black mold + pink mold on all the corners, smelled quite pungent, and this made any bathroom visit uncomfortable. Additionally, we had to call hotel staff to clean the shower grates and wipe the floors because after the first short shower, the entire bathroom floor was wet. The hotel could use some love and renovations, but the bathroom situation was so bad that it put a bad taste in our mouths (literally and figuratively). See the pictures for yourself.

Breakfast was really good with food ranging from fresh veggies, fruits and salads to cheese, cold cuts, french fries and delicious sausages. There was also jogurt and cereals. Drinks: coffee, tea, different kinds of juices. The beach was really close with very comfy beach chairs for the a small extra price (6 euros per person). The bus stop for bus 100M to and from Constanta is very close by.

The music at night from nearby bars was a bit too loud but that comes with the territory :) :) Mamaia is a party place afterall. The room could have a kettle and complimentary coffee and tea.

The morning food was plenty (never seen till now!), the staff very nice, the view was perfect, the parking cheap (6 euro/24h)

The place for charging EV was always blocked by people with no EV....bad romanian education

I liked room with a balcony. Good location to the beach.

Breakfast was not the greatest. No pool. Hotel could us some up dating.

Wonderful family hotel. And the breakfast was wonderful.

Checking out early is not possible. The hotel was nice to refund me two nights. Needed to leave early and hotel staff told me it was ok only to change there story two days later at checkout.

The position of the hotel, the staff very nice, food was excellent ( congratulations to the cooker), and the view from balcony (sea view)was spectacular.

The fridge from the room didn't work and nobody came to fix it.

Friendly staff and very quick handling of chaning sheets and towels in the room. Good and fast service at breakfast. Breakfast food was tasty and a very wide range to chose from, always fresh and warm.

The water kept going from hot to warm constantly without making any changes to the dial. Was a pain to take a decent shower. The restaurant does not provide room service for the hotel guests.

Playground for the kids - it was a nice surprise.

Breakfast is low quality food, personnel at reception is not at all supportive (they forgot to refill toilet paper and graciously offered it directly to me, rather than sending someone to the room with it; same with the shower gel). I wish they could give me a mop and a vacuum cleaner as well, room definitely needed a bump up on cleanliness.

The breakfast was well balanced, a lot of options were available and refill was done constantly.

The hotel rooms were neat and very clean. All facilities included. The view was great. Generous breakfast including vegan choices. Away from noisy clubs. Beach is nearby which is a plus after spending the whole day at the beach.

The power cut offs. I understood that it is a habit already. Long lines at the elevators.

Breakfast was fine. A lot of choices.

The AC did not work properly, the refrigerator in room did not work at all. WiFi in room non existent. I reported AC and fridge, nothing was done.

It was in a fabulous location. Room was light and spacious.

Staff weren’t particularly helpful at times.
