Clean, comfortable room and very nice and friendly staff.

It was a pleasant surprise to discover a gem of a hotel. Impeccably clean rooms. Friendly and well-trained staff. Quality services. Everything at a decent price. We love it!

At check out they ask to pay tax for our stay that on booking.con are not specified (we paid in advance). Was small money but we didnt like this way to do as the agreement of price was different.

The room was ok, i liked the balcony from where you can see the sunrise.

The prices are simply outrageous, paid 120 euros for one night, no breakfast.

During summer weekends it is really loud until 2-3 am due to the clubs in the proximity

The gentleman outside who handles the fleet is very unfriendly. The receptionist does not know English well, nor German. I don't recommend it. Other tourists had problems before us

The room was very clean and comfortable. All staff members were polite and friendly, ready to help with anything I needed. I recommend it to all my friends and family. If you decide to stay here, you won’t regret.

This was the cleanest hotel I have ever booked on Booking. Everything was spotless, towels were white as snow and were changed every morning.

Lack of restaurant

The hotel is very clean, confortable and has friendly staff.

No breakfast and no pool.

The location of the hotel was very good. It was easy to access and parking was available. The staff was very helpful with our extra needs.

It was a bit noisy till late hours because of the central location of the place. The room was not very clean, there were some dead ants in the bathroom.

- the staff was very, very helpful and friendly (I called the hotel before the the check in time to see if room is available and was given an affirmative answer, staff at the reception really helpful, was able to leave my luggage in a dedicated room for a few hours after checkout)- the location was optimal for my needs- appreciated the elevator (clean, modern)- clean (with a small exception i.e. toilet), especially sheets- appreciated the toiletries - plenty of good restaurants and terraces and shops around

- the room had a particular "old" scent (the furniture, the drain system in the bathroom, sewage-like, that invades the room)- the room was very hot (despite the curtains, which are ok but can't really keep up with the blasting sun due to things fabric and short length) AND the AC unit looks fairy old, so I didn't feel confident enough to turn it on and risk air going through old dusty filters)- there was a cleaning miss with the toilet upon check-in (that solved itself after flushing)- the bathroom space was really not optimal as you have little to no room for personal toiletries- balcony didn't feel very inviting, but I appreciate the ropes for drying one's clothes

Excelent location,in the midle of Mamaia atractions.Very helpfull staff.Nice view.

Too short stay.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We also had a nice view to the sea from a big balcony. The price was very good for the conditions and services they provided.

Very close to the beach, nice staff, the hotel has parking and some rooms have a view of the sea. And you are close to all kinds of restaurants. Oh and I also liked the big balcony.

All good, the only minus was the noise for the room with sea view because we could hear all night the music from the clubs bit it's not the hotel's fault for that.

Amazing stay. The room had a sea view with most amazing sunrises. Fully equipped, with a/c, nice bathroom and everything was clean. The staff were very helpful and always smiling - helped with parking the car, as the parking places that belong to hotel are limited. We stayed for 2 nights and had no issues.

The balcony did not have a roof, this became relevant as it was raining during our stay.
