Clean, nice, comfortable bed :)

The reception staff were helpful and attentive. All of our requests were fulfilled.

Our toilet hadn’t been cleaned. A “cleaned” tag was placed, but only the visible areas had been wiped. I had to clean it myself.

Extremely disappointing.

Absolutely horrific state of cleanliness. The floors didn’t look like they had been vacuumed in weeks. We didn’t want to walk barefoot. We found not one but multiple bugs. The robes had a terrible smell. The breakfast was very poor. And the staff not friendly.

The hotel does not live up to its stars, but the staff is good. There was no kettle, tea, or bathroom accessories in the room, no coffee, water is paid.

Breakfast was good. Not much variety, but fresh. Most of the food was bought, not prepared on site.As the hotel was not full, the restaurant offered only breakfast meals. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was cleaned every day. We had the street view towards the lake. Not much to see. The beach is not as close as mentioned by others. The walk on the sand to the water is quite long. A wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby and a telegondola to take a ride for the view from above.Overall a pleasant experience.

I booked a room - “balcony with a sea or lake view” but had no balcony not to mention the view.

Air conditioning didn’t work. Shower was way too small. Bed was too low to the ground. Restaurant wasn’t open. Staff were very dismissive and rude.

The hotel is new, just near the beach (100 m) with parking space. The location is nearby AMIRAL hotel. We have been travelling for work so no need to access the beach or other facilities. so for me was very nice to spend a quiet night and at 5 40 am i saw the sun rising from the Black Sea.

The breakfast was maybe too limited but since is not yet season, maybe is not so important.

The room was clean (including bathroom). Breakfast was good, but definitely not for qualifies for a 4 stars hotel.

The parking lots were not enough compared to the number of rooms the hotel has available. The terrace was almost non-existent, space just for a chair. As for the agreements they have with the beaches near by (for renting sun-beds) - not a good value for the money. Overall the stay was nice, but too pricey for what the area offers.

The location sits right off of Mamaia Beach. The staff were amazing.

There was a bit of difficulty understanding the A/C in the suite. Once figured out, the stay was even more amazing.

Cleanliness, everything in the Junior building is brand new, bed really comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location near tram, bus stops, restaurants, and beach. As others have commented, very clean and updated rooms.

They only run the AC on the lobby floor. In July, the halls and rooms are very hot. AC in rooms can’t keep up

It’s a bit expensive for what’s offering. Besides, rooms are noisy and you can clearly hear others in their rooms talking or whatever.

Close to the beach, nice view, breakfast is great, rooms look 4-star.

The walls were too thin, and I could hear the people in the next room talking! I lived the hotel but wouldn't like to go during high season
